I've got 2x Play:3 as rear surrounds, sitting behind my sofa on Sanus stands. I want to ditch the stands and wall-mount them instead, but only found one wall mount still around for the Play:3 (reasonable), and I'm not sure how those big boys will look on the wall right behind my couch.

So now I'm eyeing 2x Era 100s instea;d, I think they'd look better wall-mounted, and honestly the 3s feel a bit overpowered for rear duty anyway.

Main reason for ditching the stands: they're basically dust collectors & I'm trying to tidy up my finished basement.

Anyone made this switch? Is dropping from Play:3 to Era 100 for rears actually noticeable, or am I overthinking it?

I wasn't following JSOC-related books when it was published in 2015, but over the last few years I've watched the reactions to the Cole & Harp books pretty closely: the pushback, the vet reactions, the credibility fights.

Not saying Naylor's book is anything like those two (different era, different tone, different sourcing), but I'm curious what it was like when it actually came out.

Was it a shocking read at the time? Did it get into real Pentagon/SOCOM-level detail that hadn't been public before? How did JSOC and the broader SOF community react? Did anyone push the accuracy the way they have with more recent books?

I saw the email from 1PW that the community was changing to a new platform and would have some downtime.

Ok no biggie but than i started thiking this sounded famuilar and they did the same thing recently.. SO i searched the sub here, and it seems like 1 year ago they launched a brand new community.

Now I hardly use the community and changing platforms is certainly something that happens, but two times so close together make me think maybe there's some kind of issue? Who knows. Did it strike anyone as unusual?

One of my Sonos One speakers started doing something weird in the last week or so. When I trigger Alexa and the Wake Word Chime is enabled, instead of the normal chime sound I get a loud, brief popping or cracking noise. Everything else from this speaker sounds completely normal music, and Alexa replies.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?

Hey yall running tvOS 27 beta on one of my Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) units and running into a frustrating issue with the Computer tab playing TV shows or movies. 

When I try to play local media content from my Mac via the Computer/Home Sharing tab, it just shows a loading spinner indefinitely and never plays. The content never starts.(I’ve toggled off & on home sharing on both the Apple TV and my primary mac)

I think it's beta-related my other two Apple TVs in the house play the exact same content from the same Mac without any issues. All three ATVs are on the same network, same setup, and the affected ATV is the only one running tvOS 27 beta. Every other app on the affected ATV works perfectly fine, speedtest shows 980Mbps on Ethernet, and the content plays fine in the TV app on the Mac itself.

Any ideas?

I think I am one of the few people who actually like my 3pc. rail system on-board accessory storage set. I grabbed one around the holidays and am pretty happy with it, I have it on my primary impact driver, but a few months ago wanted to order 2 more for my compact impact driver & main drill, and it's been "Out of Stock" for months.

I bought 2 similar products on Etsy, which work fine holding bits, but don't have the flat magnetic tray which I like.
