Looking for brutal advice. 18M 160

I’ve been cutting for about 9 months, with a 2 month maintenance break and I currently am cutting down to 150. I plan on starting a lean bulk once I arrive at that point. I’m currently weighing around 158-160.

People say to not bulk until 10-15% range and I’m kinda wondering where I am? A lot of people are saying to bulk but that was before a bf estimate.

This is my fasted physique. And yes my diet is fine, I know what I’m doing (prioritizing protein & carbs).

18M 159 Looking for advice

So I plan on cutting down to 150 or doing a month or so left in this cut. I know that I didn’t have a ton of muscle to begin with and definitely have a lot less than I thought. I eat a very strict diet prioritizing protein & carbs.

I plan on doing a very long lean bulk once I get there and am looking for advice on how to do it. My problem is that I get 10k steps daily, but sometimes I can get upwards of 20k depending on just how much I move that day. I am wondering how do I attack that big of a difference while maintaining not a humongous surplus on my days where I don’t move as much?

I would like to put on 35lbs with minimal fat gain, as I was severely obese previously and never want to go back to that again. But I do honestly hate how skinny I am sometimes and just want to get big.

Is the Discover Student Card still considered the “best” after the Capital One deal?

I was pretty set to apply for the Discover Student card, but I’m aware that they did just change a bunch in the app and the way accounts work. Is it still worth to get the card?

Keep cutting? BF% Estimate? [18M 165]

Legit have no idea where to go from here really, I was told to cut until the end of summer months ago but am kinda in a weird spot. Just want thoughts.

My diet is very controlled currently, but once I go back to school it’ll be hard to be as dialed. I will try my hardest to keep hitting my protein, carbs, & fats. I didn’t really have a goal weight in mind to cut to and have no idea my body fat % either.

The first 2 picture are completely fasted and were taken first thing in the morning, the other 2 were during the night when I had ate all my meals for the day.

Any advice would be appreciated because atm I’m just a little lost.

6-Weeks on Reta and want your thoughts!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my experience so far and see if anyone else has had a similar one.

I started reta on June 17th, and I took my sixth dose on Wednesday. I started at 0.5 mg, then did one dose at 1 mg, one dose at 1.5 mg, and I've now done three doses at 2 mg. I know I titrated up pretty quickly, but thankfully I haven't had any issues with side effects. So far I've lost about 10 to 12 pounds (depending on water retention). For some context, this came after losing roughly 50 pounds naturally, followed by about a two month maintenance phase where I was struggling with BED.

The biggest benefit for me has honestly been how much easier it is to manage cravings and food noise. The urges haven't disappeared completely, but they feel much more manageable now. I'm no longer spending my day counting down the hours until my next meal, and I can usually go about my day without constantly thinking about food.
One thing that surprised me is that reta hasn't completely killed my appetite like I expected it would. I still enjoy eating and can finish my meals without a problem. The difference is that I'm actually satisfied when I'm done instead of immediately wanting more. I also only experience what I'd call "real hunger" once or twice a day. Most of the time I eat because I know I need to hit my calorie and macro goals, not because I'm starving and don't want to end up trying to cram all my food in late at night.

That said, I definitely still have the ability to eat a lot if the food is right in front of me. For example, one time I ate nine rice cakes before a workout, and another time I finished an entire bag of Lesser Evil popcorn. Both were only around 700 calories, but it was still a lot of food by volume. Afterwards I just felt overly full, bloated, and honestly realized I ate it more because it was there than because I was actually hungry.

Another thing I noticed was that during the first month, my hunger would usually pick back up around day six of each dose and for a few hours after I pinned. Once I got into weeks four and five, though, that pretty much went away. My guess is that enough of the peptide had built up in my system by then to provide more consistent effects.

I'll admit I was a little skeptical of my source at first (and still kinda am) because my experience didn't match some of the stories I had read about people barely being able to eat. Looking back, I think I just had unrealistic expectations. For me, reta hasn't been a magic switch that completely eliminates hunger. Instead, it's made staying on track feel much easier by reducing cravings, quieting the food noise, and making it easier to feel satisfied after eating. Everyone's experience is probably going to be a little different.

I'd love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or if your response has been completely different.

Stuck in BIOS after trying to enable secure boot (B450m/ac)

Hello all, I was trying to enable secure boot on my mobo as I was met with a pop up on valorant saying Vanguard required it. For the longest time I thought my motherboard didn’t have it, but it was never an issue because I thought I didn’t need it for any games. Turns out it does and I just needed to enable it. I looked it up and followed all the steps (pictured) after leaving bios for the first time after disabling CSM and re-entering the bios and leaving for the second time, I was redirected back into the bios and stuck in a loop. Both my drives are detected and this led me to hit (Launch EFI Shell from filesystem device) and I am still stuck in the loop. Any help would be appreciated.

What to expect?

I am going to start next week and am wondering what to expect. I’m not looking to lose a crap ton of weight because I already lost ~50lbs naturally. I’m only really planning on doing 2-4 months on at maybe 1mg a week. I’m hoping to lose 15-20lbs in 2 months, but I honestly don’t think that’s possible (or healthy).
My main questions are should I start at 0.5mg or just jump straight to 1mg? Secondly, if I only go up to 1mg, what is the best way to titrate off?

What to do now?

I started losing weight 11/9/25 and lost 50lbs, I’m currently sitting in the 175 range and have been maintaining for the last ~1.5 months. I’m kinda at this point in my where I’m not sure what to do, I feel fat sometimes and then other days normal. I’m not opposed to cutting again, but it wouldn’t be able to be prolonged since I’m going to school at the end of August.

I get 175g of protein on days I can fully control my eating (which is most) and workout 5x a week. I’ve only been consistently working out since November but played football for years prior so I’m not a complete novice lifter. My biggest complaint is my love handles even though they’ve gotten significantly smaller. I know I can’t spot reduce fat, but would training obliques help change the look?
