I started Tirz in January and did not see much progress on microdosing for a few months, aside from 4-5lbs that would fluctuate back and forth. Finally in May, after slowly getting up to 5.5mg, I was JUST starting to see some good progress - as in, pounds starting to fall off, clothes loose, people noticing. Yesterday was my shot day, which I missed- and I would appreciate advice from others that have experienced similar.

1. I just got back from vacation today from across the country and missed my shot day yesterday, planning on taking my dose 1 day late today (I have not yet done so because of #2)
2. I noticed last week that I was getting quite low on my supply (sad reality of a teacher's life closing out a school year- things start to fall apart). It is 7pm, and at this point, I would guess that I have *maybe* 2.0- 2.5 mg left in the vial- so around half of my dose a day late would be my reality for today. I am not sure if I should even bother taking this half dose? Is it better to skip a week entirely and hope my new order arrives by next Tuesday for the full 5.5mg? I am so curious if others have skipped a week or started to run low and taken smaller doses while waiting, and had big setbacks- I can feel the food noise returning, but I am also in "cocktails/crappy eating vacay mode."

To add insult to injury, I ordered via Pom as a new customer last week when noticing my almost empty vial- but have not heard a thing about my order, 6 days later. Who knows, maybe my order-which shows as paid but not fulfilled or sent to pharmacy- will show up suddenly on my doorstep in the summer heat like I have seen in other Reddit posts.

In the case that my new vial does not show up in time for Tuesday, pending I do take a 1 week break and skip this week's dose, what would you do? Thanks if you made it this far.

How long have BPI orders been taking from order date to delivery date?

I am about to place my BPI 9.5mg order after paying the $75 for asynchronous, and after all these negative posts, I am going back and forth between "Move on" and "Give it a shot to avoid being out $75" (I used my HSA card and I am not sure if funds will be protected)

I have read both good and bad here on Reddit about Pom Health orders recently, pretty much 50/50. The worst one was a person who heard nothing and got their meds after 3 weeks, and another was no communication for 10+ days- including no updates on portal- and then the medication showed up on their doorstep with no warning! This is not going to work for me, as I will be out of town and have someone housesitting- I need to communicate that a temp sensitive package has arrived and to place it in fridge.

Furthermore, I return on Wednesday 6/24 and ideally would like to stay on track and take my dose that day. I am not even sure it will arrive by then, though, posing another problem. 😞

I am not sure if I have gotten in my head and could use some advice from others that have perhaps experienced similar.

I started microdosing .25 Tirz in January with mild nausea here and there, and am now up to 5.5- just titrated up from 4.7 prior to the 5.5 jump last week. I was absolutely fine from shot day (last Tuesday) up until this past Saturday, 5 days later. Had Thai food Sat night, started in with mild nausea on Sunday, thinking it was the Thai food. It literally hit a breaking point last night, 2 days later- REALLY BAD. I will leave out the details, but now I am thinking- could this be food poisoning? I did have a Sprouts chicken salad sandwich yesterday that had strange bites in it, almost like cartilage. I am frightened to take my dose today because of this sudden nausea and digestive nightmare 😞

p.s. I have lost 9 lbs since January. Makes me very discouraged reading others' wins on microdoses with zero side effects of 20-30 lbs in the same exact timeframe. My body is ULTRA sensitive

Bait and Switch BLUEGROUND alert! This was for a Tampa short term rental, but I am spreading the word everywhere applicable. 6 weeks ago, a unit was rented for a flat rate of $2900 and **paid in full**. Less than 2 weeks before the move-in, we receive an email from Blueground stating that we have the option to 1)cancel or 2) pay an additional $4400 to keep the reservation "due to their error." I’ve tried a few estradiol options…Biest, gel, and patch- but I need a new delivery method. I’m 53 post meno, have microdosed Tirz for 5.5 months and have lost 8 lbs. (currently at 2.5 and seeing actual progress, finally)

Between the creams, gels and patch, the Estrogen Patch has helped me the most with brain fog, hot flashes and energy …but it really makes me feel SO bloated and puffy. Over the course of a year last year I went from .0375 to .05 and gained 7 lbs :( So I went back down to .0375 for a few weeks, then cut it half and felt less puffy …but also, had increased brain fog and moods and dropped to 46 from 93 on bloodwork.

I need a change!! The 100mg Progesterone troche is good and the only progesterone I can tolerate, but my sleep is crap still 😔 I really want to try a new Estrogen delivery and I keep hearing great things about injections. My new and third integrative doctor wont prescribe Estrogen injections though. I can’t afford her $3000 yearlong menopause plan including Urine testing and pellets …and I am not interested in pellets anyway. Can anyone please tell me about your experience with injections? I think I can get my old doctor to prescribe them.

Also is there another estradiol delivery I’m missing? I have a sensitive stomach so I don’t think the oral pill is a good idea.

Hi all- I am 2 years post meno. I went from Biest E creams for a year to the E patch- .0375 at first, then .05 for 6 months. I felt amazing- energetic, less joint pain, no hot flashes, and more regulated- but got VERY tired of how bloated my stomach had become and seeing more lbs on the scale. I went to back down to .0375, and dropped a few pounds and felt amazingly less bloated, breasts smaller and less tender, but I felt so disregulated: grumpy, moody, etc. I got through that adjustment, so last week, decided to cut the .0375 patch in half to see what would happen. I got through a decent week of 1-2 hot flashes and several moody moments, not too bad- BUT suddenly, I am SO tired every day and my knees are starting to hurt again. I need a different method of delivery of Estrogen as I enjoy staying active, but I am not very open to returning to that "swollen" feeling on the patch. Anyone have good experiences coming off the patch with a different estrogen delivery? I should mention that I don't seem to absorb gels or creams well.

I am 53 y/o post meno and have been on an HRT journey for 2.5 years. I started with Biest creams and got rid of 3-4 hot flashes an hour and had no weight gain, but I was still low energy and grumpy. I then switched to the Estrogen .0375 patch for a year, along with a recent increase in Progesterone from 50 mg cream to a 100mg troche and my energy levels got so much better! But...the weight stall and the sleep issues.

I am super frustrated with my inability to stay asleep, that seems to have gotten worse since I started Tirz in January- I started at .25 microdose, and worked my way up to 2.5mg. I am also surprised and disappointed by the same 3-5 lbs lost and gained over the last 4.5 months! There is no real progress, and I have put in the work: I've gone from being dehydrated and a carb addict to 80 oz water and 80-100 g protein each day + walks and pilates reformer. Oh- and cutting my alcohol from 20 drinks a week to maybe 5 on weekends. You would think that alone + Tirzepatide would do some magic.

Is there anyone here who is on HRT and Tirz who has not seen the scale move much at all, and who still feels like crap/ can't sleep well? The scale just goes up and down and I am maybe at a steady 4 pounds lost since Jan 2026 (but it does creep up some weeks)

I have not slept well in over 15 years, but the 1am wakings started shortly after starting Tirz. My increase in progesterone helped for 2 weeks, then it was right back to waking 4 hours after falling asleep - no matter what time I go to bed, wine or no wine- even if I go to bed at midnight, like last night, I am up at 4am! 😞 Before I started Tirz, I wasn't waking up 4 hrs later- maybe 5 hours (still bad)- am I imagining things or can this drug affect sleep?

General feedback from my functional doctor is to up my Estrogen and try the RX 100mg Progesterone pill, but when I increased to the .05 patch last year for 5 months, I gained 7 lbs overnight and became so bloated, hindering me from being successful in my pilates reformer practice and being happy. Also, that dreaded RX Progestin pill makes me feel like a zombie the next day.
