This has been picking at my brain for 3 years now

Okay so I have an overnight job and this is in the men’s room. It’s just a plastic cup with two slits on either side that has “do not remove from restroom” on it. I have picked this thing up and studied it, wondered about it, even googled a description of it that turned up nothing. At this point I feel like it’s obviously a prank but I want to believe it serves a purpose. Has anyone seen anything like this or Does ANYONE know what this is because I cannot stop being curious about what the hell it’s for?

Does anyone else like cold wings out of the fridge?

I like ordering more than I need sometimes then I put the surplus in the fridge and eat them straight up cold no reheating one or 3 at a time little by little until they are all gone. People seem to think this is weird. Does anyone else do this or am I a psychopath?

Will gta 6 have boxed exclusives like previous releases?

I asked google yesterday if physical copies with bundled exclusives will be up for preorder and it said yes then I checked again this morning after the announcement news and it says no there will be boxes for sale that will only contain download codes. Can anyone confirm? It would be super wack as I’ve bought the collector editions of 4 and 5 specifically for the exclusive stuff they contain. It will be horrible to think they would just sell these items individually instead because their store merch is pretty expensive
