The government just announced the 1 year rule. In which we can't change our employer until 1 year. We are about to get suspended and soon fired. Can anyone tell me solution of this. How can I get my employer name changed?

First I came in a company there was no work so they left us then I joined another company and they are saying they will suspend us soon because of employer change declined. Because of new government rule.

Why Qatar Government did this. It is a very big bad news for the workers. I hope they cancel this rule. This will badly effect the labour sector of Qatar
