Price match

Hi all
I’ve read before that you can get rare carat to price match but the I’ve seen comments about RC giving people a hard time about pricing matching. Does anyone have any experience or tips they can share to get price matching done successfully with RC?

Or do you recommend buying from another LG company that might have better pricing and engagement ring settings overall?

I’ve been looking at….

rare carat,
altura diamonds,
ritani (seems to have the best pricing on diamonds but outdated settings)
LGG,
virabyani,
dionya (have heard they have bad customer service)

Confused

Tried on rings now I’m confused

I left liking a couple things I never thought I would so I’m glad I tried rings on in store.

Do you think elongated cushions look ok in a bezel setting?

What’s the best ratio for an elongated?
\-cushion cut
\-moval (as balanced as can be while still elongated)
\-radiant

Stopped before we could start

TW:stillbirth mentioned

Yesterday was incredibly hard. I was told I need surgery to remove a cyst, the dr was concerned there were a couple that could be serous or mucinous cystadenoma. But a few weeks ago I was told it was common and should resolve on its own by her nurse when I followed up after the dr reviewed the mri report. My doctor also warned that surgery could lower my AMH even further. I’m already at a nearly undetectable amh level. I started fully disassociating during the appt.

After nearly five hours of calling OB offices to try to get an appointment somewhere ASAP, one receptionist was nice enough to have me email the MRI report for the OB to review and I learned this won’t be a simple outpatient procedure due to it’s size. I need to go to the OBGYN and she will refer me to a GYN oncologist for surgery.

I was in tears all day. We thought we finally had the green light to move forward, I thought preauths with insurance were in the process of approving, I thought this appointment was to game plan, the nurse screwed this up and we didn’t firm get start dates, instead we were completely blindsided and everything is halted until the customer is removed and we have to wait 4 weeks to heal.

I’m not even upset about the surgery itself. I’m upset that I was told they would just do another ultrasound to make sure it was shrinking, thought we were good to start the actual process of fertility treatments, and now this is going to delay thing and can make my amh worse.

My boyfriend was in tears all evening because I was crying so much and he said he feels helpless. He said “we have these problems infront of us, we know what they are, and it’s killing me that I can’t do anything to fix it and protect you from it”.

It was an awful day. It brought up so much grief from my stillbirth in 2013. The day I had to be induced I felt so stressed and overwhelmed that people were waiting on me and my body to “perform”. Of course no one was rushing me but I felt an immense amount of pressure and stress that people were in the waiting room, my mom was in the room with me, I wanted people to leave and be alone because I felt bad that they were waiting and there was no telling how long it would all take. And now I’m feeling that same pressure, from myself- no one else, that everyone is waiting on me and my body to do what it should know how to do. I had a full on breakdown last night recounting those emotions back then and how I feel now.

He’s really concerned about my mental wellbeing. He keeps saying the doesn’t want this whole process to break me emotionally and physically. Hes really concerned about my physical health and how hard it’s going to be on my body. He’s upset that when we will do IVF I’ll need to go to the drs about every other day or two and he won’t be able to be there all the time because of work (small business owner). He said he knows we will get more bad news down the road and the thought of me getting that news when I’m alone breaks his heart.

I have already experienced moments of IMMENSE gratitude in the last month that brought me so much joy and excitement that I was brought to tears. But I know it’s going to get harder. I know I need to get a thicker skin because it’s going to be really difficult given my amh and andeomyosis, and the trauma from my stillbirth experience. (I have diagnosed ptsd from it but i didn’t think the ptsd would be triggered like this so many years later, it’s been over a decade)

We haven’t really even started this process and it already feels like we are in the fucking trenches.

Have other people felt this way right at the beginning of their fertility journey?

Female fertility

Has anyone in here decided to add peptides into their life to help improve their fertility? Like peps that improve mitochondria dna, antioxidants, egg health, etc like kissapeptin, hcg, bpc157, ss31, mots-c, etc

If you have, what was your experience? What did you try? Did it help with anything?

First results

Age 36
Follicles 4
AMH 0.052ng/ml
FSH 8.8
Estradiol 371 (this was a result from March so I’m not sure if it’s changed for the better or worse since)

First day of last period-
6/15

Natural cycles confirmed ovulation on 7/3

Bloodwork results
6/29-
LH 14.5 mlU/ml
Progesterone 1.15 ng/mL

I got a call same day (6/29) saying the dr thought I was going to ovulate this day or the following (6/29 or 6/30)

I did follow up bloodwork to confirm ovulation today (7/6) and my result was Progesterone 2.27 ng/mL

The nurse said I likely ovulated about a week ago?

I am new to all of this fertility stuff. Does anyone have any insight on my results? Does it look like I did ovulate? The nurse was just relaying info so I didn’t feel like I knew what questions I should ask or even what next steps are
