I'm a beginner in MH Rise, and I have a couple of questions (Im playing on PC)

1. I'm currently playing with Sword and Shield, and a couple of times I accidentally performed some kind of special attack where I launched myself into the air and attacked from above, coming down onto the monster. How do I perform it?
2. When I'm blocking with my shield and press the right mouse button, I perform an attack and a blue glow appears around me for a second. What is that?
3. At first, I played Long Sword, and one of its unique mechanics was that landing certain special attacks in a combo on a monster would fill up my Spirit Gauge. Does Sword and Shield have any similar mechanic?
4. Is it better to build complete armor sets, or should I mix pieces from different sets to get the skills I need? Or does armor not have much of an impact on gameplay and is it mostly cosmetic? Also, is there a transmog system in the game?
5. Is there anything in the game similar to parrying in Soulslike games?

Dark Souls 3 on low setting got 40-60 fps, but also i got microfreezes
Dark Souls 1 remastered works very well but i dont love this game : - (
(Same for DS2)
Elden ring runs 20-40 fps on lowest setting , but looks like crap and unplayable bcuz of tight timings in combat
Maybe someone have similar setup and know games with combat similar to Elden Ring ?

I never played MonHun before, bought game and i like it, game works well but every time i enter game it compile shaders for maybe ~5 minutes ? is it normal ?

I moved to low end PC to for some time , it have ATI Radeon HD 5570 gpu. I tried to install my Quake 1 remaster on steam but it just dont launch cuz my gpu cant work with vulkan api. Also i downloaded ironwail and it doesnt work too on this pc. I downloaded quakespasm and it works well , but maybe theres another modern sourceports and i missing something ? Also which is the best way to play Quake 1 multiplayer and Quake 3 multiplayer ? Especially for q3 - better choose quake live or quake 3 ? or theres also some kinda source ports or special multiplayer builds for it ? Thx btw

Is there anything similar and simple to blender ? Paid or free

I believe theres on left side must be "download" buttons or something like that, but there are only grey placeholders. I downloaded laucnher today for the first time and all day i cant download game. Maybe someone faced same issue and know how to solve ?

I played on warmane long time ago when it was molten wow , today i downloaded wotlk , created char on lordaeron but then i read that content is harder , i mean how much harder ? Also Onyxia as i understand is progression server - so whats gonna be with server after last phase end ?? Sorry for dumb question that was asked here 1000000 times.

What exercises would you recommend for rounded shoulders? When I look in the mirror and try to straighten my shoulders and upper back, it feels like this is one of my main problems. I’ve been training at the gym and at home for over a year already, but I haven’t noticed much improvement in that area specifically. What exercises would you recommend? I mean the absolute must-haves. Preferably something I can do at home. I have two 6 kg dumbbells and a 16 kg kettlebell.

Sorry for asking a question that’s probably been asked here a million times already, I’m just genuinely lost among all these exercises on the internet...
