Always feeling irritable during and post migraine
Whenever I have a migraine, my personality enhances into this person where everything annoys me. My patience wears thin, I feel like I am unable to control my annoyance and irritation towards situations. It's like my personality shifts and I feel annoyed with myself because I know it's a symptom of my migraines but it annoys me that I am acting out in a way that afterwards I regret and feel embarrassed over, does anybody else experience this at all?
Forget You Saw Her – Noelle W. Ihli
What a beautifully dark and twisted story, centred around spirituality and the endless possibilities surrounding death and what may come after it. It really had me reflecting on my own thoughts and feelings about life, death, and everything in between.
It was a fantastic thriller, but for me, it became so much more than just that. I loved the creativity, the way religion was woven into the story, and how much there was to read between the lines of Andrea’s and Isabelle’s very different lives.
I really appreciate books that leave me with a deeper sense of feeling—the kind that broaden your perspective and make you think differently about situations, emotions, and life itself. This book did exactly that, and for that reason I’m giving it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
I was genuinely sad when I reached the end.
Thank you, Noelle. My favourite author. 🙌🙏😘

Did your Parrotlet end up mirroring your personality (in Parrotlet form)?
Migraine awareness month
Just a message to say - this migraine forum really does make all the difference. The support, guidance, care and advice that comes from other sufferers are always so valuable.
The suffering may be overwhelming and deliberating at times - but it's good to be able to speak to people who are willing to listen and share their experiences. Thank you 🙏
