Also Accord intervention in the French Civil War was named by the British as Operation Battersea, also a decisive Toronto Accord victory.

For context, in 1885, a few months after Willaim Sherman was inaugurated as President, a rapid Anti-Catholic plotted an assassination, the plan was simply to shot him. At first the assassin plotted to got to the White House lawn and shot him from the one of the windows, only to learn Sherman is making a public visit to Chicago for a conference

The assassination attempt failed because at the conference, just as the assassin was taking aim, a former Confederate solider asked what was he doing and upon learning the motive was over religion, starting to physically fight the assassin (not even going name either, I'll leave it to you guys) which attracted everyones attention, and had to be broken up with both arrest, though after investigation, the ex confederate was release without charges, and when later asked about preventing the assassination, joked that only confederates like him have a good reason to kill Sherman, and the would be assassin didn't.

Sherman for his part joking lamented about how he would have to complete his term.

Personally I got the feeling the One Piece World Government, would while being somewhat supportive think Schwab is going way to far.
