Why are there such few directors who worked for Marvel and DC?

There are countless comic artists and writers who worked for Marvel and DC some even simultaneously also actors as well but why not directors? The only directors I can name out of my head who made a Marvel and DC films are James Gunn and Joss Whedon, David Goyer did write and direct Marvel films but he only wrote DC films he didn’t direct them

Alan Moore chose Richard Nixon as the President of the United States in Watchmen's alternate 1985 setting because he was concerned that using then-current president Ronald Reagan would have turned off readers who supported the politician

In the Watchmen universe, The Comedian is implied to have murdered Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein from uncovering Watergate, Richard Nixon's administration continues unabetted and later sponsors the repeal of the 22nd amendment to the constitution in order to abolish term limits. In reality, he resigned in order to avoid being impeached as a result of the scandal.

What should I replace technology with

I’ve been ruminating depressively over stupid things I did for over a year now. It’s almost constant, I recently tried to put my phone down and attempt daily meditation. It is somewhat helpful but I still found myself ruminating but my rumination is reduced to such an extent that forget about it when I play soccer with newly made friends. I ruminate the most when I wake up and use tv, I think for rumination to be reduced I need to turn of my tv but what should I replace it with?

Making Children recite quran is abusive

As an Ex muslim myself, I think making children recite the quran is inhumane because going to Madarasa is basically another school for them wgere they just recite the quaran and considering majority of Muslims aren't and do not speak arabic(me myself included) meaning they are just being forced to recite a language they do not know at all and the quran teacher will just cane kids if they do not recite it right me myself I used to Madarasa everyday from when I was 5-12 my freedays were just thursdays and Fridays because they are basically the Islamic equivalent of weekends. But on Thursdays and Fridays I had to go to school meaning I had no free days at all. Not only did I barely have free time i also had to juggle both and would have focused more on school which is a lot more important than being forced to recite a language i don't know at all. Wouldn't recitation be easier if they just learned Arabic first? And physical beating happened everyday. Madarasas are inhumane curel and abusive to children and parents who willingly send their kids there are neglective and basically stealing their children's childhood
