Não sei se é por causa dos genes do meu pai e mãe, os dois tem massa muscular mais elevada, principalmente meu pai, acho que mais ou menos 3kg de massa tão rápido é muito, não estava na expectativa de tanto
(O peso está inflado porque eu tinha terminado de comer, pois tinha esquecido da marcação 😅, coloquei a foto da balança em jejum na foto seguinte)
O azul eu usei com jeans azul claro com camisa branca com desenho azul, ficou bom, mas a prateada é complicado, vendo de verdade é muito brilhante o prata, mais que na foto

Hello people, does anybody know if the Helio works on Samsung health? I have a Galaxy watch ultra that I use for gym and exercising, but I would like to track my sleeping as well, but, the Galaxy watch ultra is not comfortable at all to sleep with, so I thought of using the Amazfit Helio to sleep, will the sleep data appear on Samsung health? Ideally I would like to wear both at once throughout the day so I don't forget to put it on before sleep
I switch between these and Nike Air Max SC for gym/long runs, the mesh on these on hot weather is incredible, it keeps my feet nice and fresh while being very soft on the heels
