Argenta's Act 4 Quest not activating

So I'm nearing what I think is the end of Act 4 ("The Siege") and I haven't gotten Argenta's act 4 quest, Driven. Way back in act 2, I agreed to help her find her little artifact. Should this wiedt have started by now? What am I missing?

Jongo Snowlobian, charmed I'm sure. Allow me to destroy your royal family.

Jon dismissing a seven year old as "insipid" moments after fanboying over Jamie Lannister will never not be funny to me.

This is probably the most revealing fiction passage Rowling has ever written

Everything about this is absolutely vile--the verbal dissection of this man's body, the invasive commentary on his genitals, the sense of entitlement to his sexuality and private life, the implication that he's failed to achieve the "design" of his anatomy. All of it is both deeply disturbing and highly instructive for how she thinks of bodies, and hy extention for her transphobia. But I think most telling of all is that she thinks this is something that "most people" think.

Rowling thinks that the predatory, proprietorial, dehumanizing way she looks at bodies, and especially at trans, fat, disabled or otherwise "abberant" (in her mind) bodies, *is completely normal.*

Whatever you think about Vladaym Tocara, you can't deny the man's got a Primarch-sized pair of danglers on him.

"Oh dang, I'm on the personal shitlist of the mightiest Rogue Trader in the Expanse? Queen of a dozen worlds and a hundred ships? Appointed represent of the Lord Inquisitor? A woman who eats brains out of the still-living skulls of her enemies? Wellp, better roll up my sleeves and Okay Corral this motherfucker."

Tocara's certainly not a good man, and I don't know if I can even call him a likeable one. But damn, he must have commissioned the Kasballica for some gigantic xenotech balls, because my boy just *does not* back down.

Okay so to start--I'm not gonna wear the Halo Device. I played the Rogue Trader tabletop rpg back in the day, I know exactly how Bad News they are. But I'm wondering if the games takes account of that? If I did bond with the Device, will it affect my endings or my dialogues or anything? It's *nuts* powerful from a sheer stats perspective, and I'm curious if the game has explicit consequences for taking advantage of that power.

Hi all. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by all the Exemplar talents. I'm running a very melee DPFS-focused dual-wielding Bladedancer/Assassin. Are there any big recommendations or talents I don't want to miss out on?
