So its been a few years since I had decided to make a chain whip, and was succesful. And when I was doing my research on materials I couldnt choose between kevlar thread, or braided fishing line. I used to primarily use the kevlar, but one night decided to make, a better crafted one I learned how to make, out of the braided and mmm it made a delightful snap.

So im curious what you all might use or are these 2 options pretty standard? Im just curious if theres room for improvement on my end is all.

Is it ok to post adverts for the haunt I work for here? We're having auditions and nowhere is taking our posters.

So i tried to open obs the other day and it said my driver's needed to be updated, so I figured out how to do it and did, and then obs worked perfectly fine. Streams looked good, no compression, no stutter.

I open it today and the same error pops up, so come to find out I download the latest version of amd available.

Obs opens and works perfect again. However, now my streams are crap. I was able to get the recordings fixed, but ive spent the last 4 hours trying different things with some luck, then it all just craps out again, not the recording only stream.

My pc isnt meant for gaming, but I guess more office work. But to my knowledge the hardware is pretty decent. I think before I was using the x264 option for both encoders for youtube and twitch. But now I cant seem to get anything to work.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated, just feeling a bit frustrated with it all at the moment.

Idk if this qualifies as an accessory but..

Im working on a costume. Im wearing heavy armor fore-arm guards. They take up the entirety of my fore-arm. Underneath im wearing a morphsuit, name brand. Im having a problem with the arm guards sliding down my arm and into my wrist. Any suggestions for how to do a non permanent secure for the guards? I have to be able to take them off and keep them separate from the morphsuit when I take it all off.

I just want to say that im having a blast playing this game. Its a nice pallet cleanser from everything else ive been playing. The madness system is awesome, but...could we possibly get a block or dodge function? Because, it might be my skill issue, but I have a really hard time not losing 1.5 chunks of health to enemies. I know its not a perfect game, but man its got good bones. The concept is repetitive fun and even just going in and going trinket goblin mode is fun. My only gripe is with the combat, sometimes. I always end up deep in the map by the timer goes off and then I get swarmed. Im not taking a leisure stroll but I do get lost sometimes.

This is just my own personal opinion and expirience. Like I said, im loving the game. Just hoping maybe a block or dodge makes its way in. Your fellow priest is praying for it.

Hello, not sure if im in the right place for this, but..im an actor at a haunt, and im in the queue line. Ive been outside for about 3 years now. But im here to inquire about...tips for other bits to do. I feel like im a 1 trick pony haha. A bit of detail on my character...a big armored demon like thing that doesnt talk much and growls. I was mainly told to, "just be intimidating" and if think ive got that down. But im just curious to see what others might do in the same position.

Ive gotten it to where my recorded videos are perfect. Trying to make streams be the same or close. But, when I upload my videos to youtube the compression kills it. Anyone have suggestions on what I could do?

How can I fix this? Idk what info i need to share in here. Currently only streaming to twitch and youtube. Im new to this so bear with my lack of intelligence on the subject please. Im still learning. Im using an elgato capture card.

Right now I have a couple of sources that are like brb, starting soon, and a gameplay one. Idk if theres a setting ive neglected or what but its do about a 1 second delay over stream

Title sums it up. Im new to using obs but I have the video all hooked up, nothing for voice audio though. And I am playing from an xbox. I have this headset but I dont know if its possible.

So ive been streaming and uploading a bit lately, unfortunately im doing the old stream to twitch, save the vod, upload from the vod. But the quality comes and goes on the uploads. Im considering an elgato to use, but im just not sure.

I was kind of thinking the elgato 4k s?

Is is fairly simple to set up and use or is it a complicated pain?

So ive tried to play on super helldive about 5 times now. 1st time I figured oh well its been a minute since ive crashed, get dashboarded and rejoin the random squad, proceed to crash/rejoin 3 more times. Give up, wait an hour, reset internet and console, boot up game, join a random squad again, and in the first 5 mins, crash. Any one else having similar problems?

This is after playing on 6(cant remember the name of that difficulty) for around 4 hours with absolutely no trouble at all.

This isnt a story but more so a question.

Does anyone else struggle with an idea they really want to do, but aren't sure if its worth the time?

Ive had this idea for a story for awhile now, but im just not sure if it would be worth the time to do it. And was wondering if anyone else struggles woth this, and see other people's opinions as well. Im sure I didnt describe my issue enough but im hoping it translates over correctly.

So i wear a considerable amount of armor for my OC, its mainly a a blunt force resistant vest with add ons but it still gets toasty. Does anyone have suggestions? Ive tried a million different pocket fans, but im wondering if theres something out there ive just not seen or heard of before.
