I’ve been out of the PC game for a while now looking to get back into it. I have a few questions since it’s been a while and things have changed.

I’m looking for some good fan options. I’m not trying to pay a ton of money for fans. The most I want to pay for a pack of 3, 120mm is no more than 55$ USD. I don’t want them to be RGB on the outer edges of the fans. I want the old RGB fan style.

Additionally I’m planning on air cooling my cpu (Ryzen 7 9800x3D) or (Ryzen 7 9700x). Is there any good air coolers out there that will allow good temps but also leave me ram clearance?
