In the sitting room i have a wood burning stove.

The current laminate flooring is all marked due hot ash from the stove been dropped on it when lighting the fire in the stove.

What flooring would you suggest?

My adult child has to repreat 4 year in SETU as he failed all but 1 exam.

What is it going to cost me as he does not get a grant?

A family member passed in early 2023.

They made a will , i got a copy of the will as all of my family are mentioned in the will.

How ever its still in has not gone to probate.

Is this normal?

The are 3 excitors of the will , one has access to all bank accounts , property income from investmrnts.

Looking for advice.

Partner had brain cancer 2022 , got the tumor removed , it was at stage 2.

The cancer has not returned todate.

Partner refused to follow O.T advice on exercises to improve memory etc.

GP advice on diet partner is type 2 diabetic.

Refuzed to attend Aquired Brain inguiry support group or day service.

Now working memory is very bad, partner getting very fustrated and in turn aggressive with family members.

Espically me .

I am 5ft partner is nearly 6ft.

Lots of shouting , growling , banging items etc.

Adult children in the house so they help to deflect and distract him when he gets annoyed .

I work full time so pay all bills etc.

What do i do?

I am looking for advice.

20 pluss years ago i DI Y tiled our down stairs shower room.

Its now looking very grubby ,tiles falling off etc.

I am looking at pvc wall panels to but over the current tiles.

Or would i be better the whole shower room re tiled.

What are peoples experience of the pvc wall panals.

Out under stairs toilet and shower area are DIY tiled about 20 years ago and are now falling of the wall.

Its currebtly tiled along the wall and ceiling in white 15 x 15cm tiles.

Would it be better to get grosfillex or the traditional tile.

Its my understanding that i could but the grosfillex over the current tiles.

But am i correct?
