Ever since his death I see people saying good he deserved it. He started it! Like what? Did he? One he was just as ambitious as any other lord in Westeros. Two during Viserys apparently great peaceful reign Otto was his hand.

Yes it was his idea to name Rhaenyra as heir. That was only to keep the crown out of Daemon’s hands. Because daemon had not proved to be any sort of stable good leader like murdering his wife. (Side note did the writers forget about that? I though there would be more backlash in the vale when the war broke out by house Royce) anyway Otto didn’t think Viserys would be retarded and hold to Rhaenyra as his heir when his son was born.

So how is it Otto’s fault.

These men were fighting age in this scene like 20 years ago. In present day these can’t possibly be the same men manning the city watch. Even if the new men heard of daemon and that he started the fight watch why would they have undying loyalty to him if they didn’t even serve with him? Daemon was on the gold cloaks for all of one night. Am I missing something?

Yes I still think the show wasted a lot of potential And yes there’s the worry that Rhaenyra will command sunfyre to burn her. But also why wouldn’t she command sunfyre to burn aegon then if she’s such a dragon queen🙄 So I don’t think they’ll do that plus the ending MUST be what the ending is because it was stated in Game of thrones by Geoffrey.

What if Aegon II abdicated the throne and basically sent a raven to dragonstone saying you can have the throne or whatever. And the greens left kingslanding and went to live in Oldtown? Would there just be another cadet branch in Oldtown? I don’t think Daemon would have the balls to march on Oldtown especially if all the greens dragons are together. And I don’t think Meleys joins their side considering in this scenario the greens didn’t do anything. Or would there be civil war anyway between Daemon and Rhaenyras children?
