I turned off DoF, Motion blur, temporal filtering, SF Fog, and yet its still very very blurry. I cant see anything more than a few meters away. How do i fix this?

i have a 900p screen, so it might be different for you.

Enable temporal filtering. For some reason with it off if i use any kind of AA it looks blurry

Turn up post processing AA to SMAA

Set sharpness to %10

Its not perfect but its not that bad anymore.

I upgraded my PC a few weeks ago, this never happened on my old PC but is happening on my new one. When there is a lot of stuff going on (like a dynamic building being rendered or a normal building being detached and going down) the game runs fine at 60fps but i cant move my camera at all. I can still use my tools and move around fine but the camera just wont move. When the calculations end, like a falling building hits the ground, the camera starts moving really slowly and jittery until it becomes normal again. I use Fedora Linux. What is the reason of this and how do i fix it? RX7600, Proton GE latest version.

When my Nitro 16 is under heavy load, for example rendering a video or playing heavy games, the edges of the screen start to strobe and flash between bright and dark. Outside of this, all corners of the display are always dimmer than the rest of the screen. I had this problem since i bought the computer, i sent it to warranty service twice for different problems but this problem was never solved. My warranty has ended earlier this year, and the strobing got a bit worse so i wanted to ask if any of you know the solution. Thanks!

Thermal paste was never replaced as far as i know, they might've replaced it during one of the warranty repairs but i don't know. I just cleaned the fans and vents a week ago for dust.

EDIT: I should note that i use Void Linux on it, but this issue was also present in Windows back when i used it.

Another thing i noticed: When the strobing/flashing starts my FPS in game drops by a ton. Like if i was getting around 110 FPS it becomes 50.

I get the error "Failure to launch due to incomplete installation", i did the QuickSFV file check, its all good. I use Linux Mint. How do i fix this? I have no antivirus, because i use Linux. I meet the hardware requirements. I have nowhere else to post this, i'm banned from piratedgames for asking where can i find a niche game. Sorry that it breaks rule 5.

On most apps when i try to click the cogwheel to scan the QR on my headset it tells me to download the cardboard app even though its already installed.

I dont wanna manually download every video i wanna watch then use a video player app to play them

Daemon tools doesnt work, WinCDEmu doesnt work, Microsoft virtual cd-rom also doesnt work. All i want is to play games on my old pc that runs Win2K.

I'm using Linux Mint on an Acer Nitro AN16-41, and both my internal mic and my headphone's mics dont work. They wont be detected at all. Same issue was also present on Arch Linux, Debian, Void, and literally every other distro i tried yet. What could i do?

I just messed up my Arch installation after 2 years of using Arch, so i'm moving to Mint since its rock stable like Ubuntu, but has no snapcraft integration unlike Ubuntu. I'll get the cinnamon version and rice it. Can i save some time with configs via just mounting my /home from Arch and just using my old user account as-is? Appreciated.

I recently bought an Asus ROG Xbox Ally. The manual says 24M warranty after activation. MFD is august 2025. I checked the serial number on Asus' website and it says warranty ends in july 2027 even though i bought it just last week. I bought it from Asus Estore, not refurbished or anything, factory sealed. Will this be a problem later on?

I'm trying to play Watch Dogs 2 on my Xbox Ally base model (the white one) and theres a really weird issue with it. It says "No controller detected" and only when i connect an external one it detects the built in controller. How do i fix this? I dont want to use Steam Input or something like that since the analogs dont work like that.

I just got my Xbox Ally base model (the white one) today and for some reason in Xbox Mode when i try to play Half Life it just wont go fullscreen and instead always open in a really tiny window. How can i fix this?

I kinda wanna buy it but i dont really know if i'll enjoy it long enough for it to be worth the money. Some games i like are Half Life, The Finals, Forza Horizon 4, Minecraft, Watch Dogs and Deltarune. I dont like games like Valorant or Counter Strike-like games where every match feels the same. I use Linux so ring-0 anticheat wont work on my PC. I never played a space exploration type game like NMS but it seemed fun to me after watching a few youtube videos about it. I use CachyOS with KDE Plasma and have a global menu widget. After opening a file picker in impress to change the slide background the menu disappears. This only happens on libreoffice. what do i do?

I switched to void on my slow jailbroken chromebook and its so fast. Takes at most 3 seconds to boot, is generally very fast. Thinking about also switching to it on my gaming laptop. I'm coming from arch and its way better.

I also want to ask about something, my gaming laptop is an acer nitro and the fans dont work unless i install a driver for it called Linuwu-Sense. As far as i know that driver depends on systemd. Is there any way to make it work? If i can be sure that it'll work, i'll switch right away.
