How do people convince their first wife for polygamy.

And how do they find women that will be willing to become second wife.

Trying to grasp this concept.

I started working on a web development project for an IT company after the project the owner offered me a job but I quit after few months as they didn't have much work and i wanted to work in a different project.

Now after a few years they've reached out to me again stating that now they are getting a lot of new projects and would like to work with me again.

The conversation we left off is should i join them on a per project base or a fixed monthly.

Need suggestion and pov.

PS: I already have a full time job and they know that as well. Also I'm an introvert by nature so working alone and communicating via text is something I'm most comfortable with.

Position Overview

We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Independent Contractor (1099) to provide professional Document Scanning Services for a short-term, project-based pilot. In this role, you will operate as an independent service provider responsible for digitizing physical documents and books using specialized scanning equipment.

This is a one-time, short-term contract located on-site in the Washington, D.C. area. The ideal contractor must live within a 30-minute commuting distance of Downtown D.C. to easily facilitate daily project milestones.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Document Digitization: Efficiently scan physical documents and books using flatbed and specialized book scanners provided at the project site.

Quality Control: Independently review and verify that all scanned images are clear, legible, complete, and properly aligned according to project standards.

File Management: Perform basic data entry and file naming structure according to project guidelines.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Project Manager to provide progress updates and ensure daily volume targets are met.

Equipment Care: Handle delicate archival materials with care and perform basic troubleshooting on scanning equipment as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience operating flatbed scanners, book scanners, or working in document management, archiving, or data digitization is preferred.

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (navigating file systems, saving documents, using scanning software).

Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.

Location: Must reside in or near Washington, D.C., and be within a strict 30-minute commute of Downtown D.C.

Tax Compliance: Must be eligible to work in the US as an independent contractor and provide a completed Form W-9 prior to starting the contract.

Compensation & Logistics

Contract Billing Rate: $20.00 / hour (Gross payout via invoice; no tax withholdings)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Form 1099-NEC)

Project Duration: Short-Term / Project-Based (One-time pilot)

Location: Washington, D.C. (On-site)

Invoicing & Payment: Weekly or bi-weekly invoicing. Payments are issued directly to your bank account via ACH transfer.

Lately I've noticed that after doing House chores. My wife loves to spend time on the phone to relax and i told her that i want us to spend time together to relax and exclude the phones during us time.

Am I wrong here?

The whole reason i was also asking is because I'm in introvert by nature and she is the one that allowed me to open up, but now this disconnection is forcing me back into my own shell, where i would eventually become a silent person once again and I know she would feel the loss at that time so this is a desperate attempt by myself to see if i can stop it from happening.

I know I've been a silent person for many years.
