You have just gained a new Autistic member (yes and thats meee!) now my question is, what can i do on this subreddit?

Hello i need someone help! I was about to post on r/cats when it told me to get something like 5 karma, 50 comments and a whatever and then it lead me to this subreddit and told something along the lines of “get help on starting Reddit” and now I’m here. So my only question is: how to i get started and setup on Reddit?
