In case you're wondering why she's a baby here, it's because she was turned into one in the previous chapter. Just a little fact for those unfamiliar with this series.

What do you do when you're waiting for the next girlfriend to arrive so you can turn her into a Paper Mario character? Make funny comics involving the previous partnerojos! Here's what would happen if you put Goombakari, Goombario, and Goombella all in the same room.

It's going to be a bit before we get another partnerojo, so in the meantime, let's go over all of the ones we have currently. I have to say, this has been a fun little series, and I will continue to expand on this story's lore, though it probably won't be daily posts like these.

Thank you all for coming on this adventure with me, but now it's time to answer the question: in your opinion, which one is your absolute favorite?

As a reminder, here are the criteria I wanted you to judge them off of in the original:

• How good the design is
• How faithful it is to the girlfriend it's based on
• How good the moveset is
  • To be clear, I mean how thought-out and balanced it is, not how good it would be to use, though you can also do that.
• How well the species fits the girlfriend

And don't be afraid to apply a little constructive criticism. That's a very important part of the creative process.

Can you guess what manga this is referencing? It's pretty obscure, but I'll give you a hint: it's an isekai.

And there you have it: all 36 current girlfriends turned into partnerojos. I think Kogoe's species was the toughest to decide out of all of them. I ultimately went with a Dry Bones because A) it was a pretty popular species I hadn't done yet, B) I thought it would make sense for a skeletal creature to get cold easily, and C) I considered enemies themed around fire and ice, but I shot them down because I didn't know how to incorporate Kogoe's features onto a fire enemy, and it would be weird for a creature made out of ice to constantly complain about being chilly.

I've been pretty quiet about this aspect of my more recent posts, but as you all have probably seen, I am actually starting to implement some lore into what a lot of you thought was just a funny little joke series. With everything that has happened from 29-36, do you guys have any theories as to what's going on?

Only one partnerojo remains, and then I'll be done...until the next girlfriend drops, that is.

Also, did you guys seriously expect me not to reference Nurse Hitomi's Monster Infirmary here?

Invisibility is a very niche superpower, but when done like this? Honestly, kind of cool.

Both of them are my favorite characters from their respected mangas, but would they get along?
