I live in missouri have a overpayment of $13k filled out a form to get my fee waived my isl program didnt report my wage changes. So im assuming thats a no fault overpayment? I also got approved for provisional benefits gave them my banking info how soon until I see that money? applied march april. I just started working part time at a low paying job with little hours to stay under my monthly allowance earning of $1680 and if I get approved (for disability) do i get medicaid included?I also have a doctors appointmen coming up

I have lived in this state most of my life (missouri) everything is about money here and it stifles my creative energy and self improvement desire conservative politics rob americas youth of a future leaving them easily replaced in the wake of modern capitalism and automation (with no job protection) my parents discourage me on everything including cdl school practicing my guitar and aplying for benefits I even share my foodstamps with them and do chores daily to help. They have a elitist attitude because of where they live 10 years ago they recieved grandparents help they seem to forget where they needed help at one point to now im a felon and trying to get on my feet no car no job crappy credit score (some savings to afford a car downpayment) is improving even worth it?

I took a modified mental health probation caseload I have 4 class d terrorist threat charges my charges under state statue are non expungeable is it possible to have my charges reduced after probation or at least sealed? I accepted it with the faith the judge might work with me in the future (not guaranteed I know) I dont have a lengthy criminal record. I know they can do whatever they want. Ive met people who have had charges reduced down to nothing. It affects what I can drive in a cdl job
