Every time I take a bus, there is at least one moment where I genuinely think, “yeah, this is how I die.” Overtaking another bus on a narrow road, speeding through traffic, squeezing into gaps that barely exist, and somehow doing all of this like it's completely normal and chill

And the honking 😭 these guys will honk at literally every vehicle in front of them. Bike? Honk. Auto? Honk. big ass TRUCK? Honk. Doesn't matter if the vehicle is already moving and there is absolutely nowhere for it to go, HOOOOONK anyway.

Then two buses going the same route will somehow start racing each other. One bus overtakes the other and suddenly the other driver takes it personally and floors it. Now you're sitting inside watching both buses trying to overtake each other like a f1 race. Bro, I drive like this in GTA, but at least there I can respawn. and the funniest part is we're all just sitting there quietly like this is a completely normal bus journey.

My PC works normally on mains power, but I'm having an issue when the inverter takes over during a power cut.

My setup:

\\- Corsair CX550 PSU

\\- PC draws around 316W while gaming

\\- 900VA inverter, rated around 700W+

\\- 240Ah battery

\\- Pure sine wave inverter

What happens:

\\- Power goes out while the PC is idle → PC stays on.

\\- Power goes out while gaming → PC shuts down and restarts.

\\- Monitor also turns off.

\\- Inverter itself stays on.

\\- PC takes around 5–8 seconds to come back.

\\- The inverter is not overloaded; the gaming load is only around 316W.

I've also had the PC randomly restart at times even when mains power is available, so I'm not completely sure whether the PSU is also involved. On one occasion while gaming, the inverter even beeped as if the mains power had gone out, despite the power apparently not going out.

At this point, I'm considering one last option: APC Back-UPS BX600C-IN 600VA.

My question is:

Can I connect an offline/standby UPS like the APC BX600C-IN between the inverter and the PC, with the inverter supplying the UPS, and would that actually help with the brief transfer/switching issue?

Basically:

Mains → Shine wave inverter → offline UPS → PC

Would this setup work properly, or am I just creating an expensive electrical version of putting another middleman into an argument?

i pay 500rs in a week, we don't have any ac,

my consumption is 2 ceiling fans and a water pump which is used 1-2 times a day, my pc under 316 wt, lcd tv, led bulbs 9-12v

From what I've read, they cut the bindings off because it's much faster to feed loose pages through industrial scanners. I understand the reason, but it still feels wrong.

It just feels like there had to be a better way, but destroying millions of books doesn't sit right with me, especially when some of them are rare

My friend is buying his first PC with a strict budget of ₹1,00,000 (can't extend it).

The problem is, he doesn't really know what he'll be doing yet. Right now he just wants a PC that can handle pretty much anything he might get into in the future.

The goal is to get the best overall performance, not just the gaming experience. We'd prefer a balanced build that performs well across gaming, editing, rendering, and other workloads.

No need to include peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse). Just the PC itself.

What would you build for around ₹1 lakh in India?
