Now i’m not saying people should be hypocrites and only date people with low body count if they themselves have a high one.

However wanting your partner to have a similar number of partners / experience to yourself is perfectly fine.

People nowadays just care about how good they look on social media to the point that they can’t even eat a meal or go outside without telling everyone online about it.

This isn’t a new opinion but it has totally killed dating. People are so obsessed with looks because of social media that it’s made people believe that it’s the only thing that matters.

and who can blame them. When all we see is handsome or pretty celebrities that make millions every year just for being attractive.

This has also extended into dating where people only want to date attractive people and don’t care about who that person is as long as they can look good next to them and be able to post them on social media.

There will never be that long term dating we had before social media again because people just won’t wait long enough or go through any of the problems anymore. instead they will just discard there partner at the first opportunity.

i meet so many people everyday but time and time again the same people pop up as part of my past life. These people include some people i genuinely never speak to and don’t even like but they are still there.

It’s like no matter what we do in this life we are always going to be connected to the people we were in past lives. It haunts me actually because the person i was in my past life was a bad person.

Ever since i was literally 3 years old i have been getting these flashbacks sometimes extremely vivid dark flashbacks full of memories of the person i was in my past life. The sort of stuff no 3 year old should know about.

The same people who were in my past life are in this one in almost the same way. I have a hatred of my dad since birth because he was in my past life and i did wrong to him.

It’s not the only reason i feel sad but it makes it more hard. I don’t have a friend and i’m always alone.

I try to make friend by being nice and smiling at people but they don’t smile back and most ignore me.

I wish i could have a friend sometimes. I wish i could do what normal people do and watch movies and play games and just be happy.

Earlier this year i was unfortunately involved in a car accident. I lost a few teeth due to head trauma that i sustained in the accident. I’m lucky to be alive but anyway.

Before the accident i was and i guess still am a healthy, tall muscular man that’s in his 20s however when i had teeth and not as many injuries people were so much nicer to me but not just that women were way more open to dating me.

I genuinely can’t believe how much something as simple as losing a few teeth and having some scars suddenly makes women repulsed by me. Before this i did very well with women. Always had a girlfriend or at the very least was talking to someone. I also had a lot more friends.

Now even women that used to like me aren’t even nice to me or even friendly. It’s like i’m suddenly this hideous troll that is bothering people by just being alive.

It really has made me sad tbh because i really thought people were less shallow than this. I actually believed when people said that people date for personality and not looks but after the accident i realised that was all lies.

Even women who are objectively unattractive are just straight mean to me and treat me like i don’t exist when i have done nothing wrong.

Tbh sometimes i don’t even wanna leave the house because i just feel like im unwanted anywhere i go. Which makes it so much worse because i remember a life before this where people actually wanted to be my friend or date me. Now i think ill have to be single forever because everyone just hates me because of how i look.

i always thought the advice that there is someone for everyone was false. i’ve seen enough single men who get zero interest from women to know that this isn’t true.

It’s also not true based on evolution either. One or two male lions have all the female lions. Same with dogs and other mammals. We are also mammals and while it’s obviously not as bad as those two animals we aren’t magically above evolution and nature just because we have consciousness.

Also it isn’t based on personality either otherwise we would see a lot more evenly matched couples. No it is sadly based on genetics and evolutionary traits more than anything and to deny this is to deny logic and evolution.

Something i have noticed about retention is that these men who practice it come with a certain glow. glowing eyes, glowing skin, permanent tan even in winter, it’s obvious once you understand this.

Those that are impure/ don’t practise retention look like they are decaying. I have a friend who practices and one who doesn’t. The one who does has glowy shiny skin. Thick luscious hair and bright eyes. The one who doesn’t has pale face, rotting teeth, almost completely bald and dark lifeless eyes. It’s like his body is literally decaying.

This also applies to women but not as pronounced as they don’t lose vital nutrients and vitamins when they indulge. However it’s still obvious when you look for it. Women who indulge look depressed, moody, always arguing or nagging, they tend to hate men, they also are more likely to push harmful narratives like pmo being healthy onto men. They also suffer with the pale face and lifeless eyes tho and their energy just stinks once you become a retainer. I hate having to be around these people now as their energy is just vampiric and disgusting.

My best advice once you become a long term retainer is to avoid negative people as much as you can and only take advice from people who you respect and are successful.

Retention will show you who is good for you and who isn’t just make sure you listen to it.

Spongebob is by far the greatest tv show off all time. i don’t know any other tv show that has had the cultural impact that spongebob has managed to have in just 30 years of it being on air.

Literally from one season of spongebob that aired over 25 years ago there is over a 100 extremely popular memes out of one season!!! Some shows can’t even get more than ten out of the whole series.

It’s also one of the longest running tv shows of all time which we also have to give it credit for. The show literally changed writers and it’s still been going for 30 years.

I will now explain the 4 trines and what they mean.

The first trine - Rat, Dragon and Monkey

The money trine, the powerful trine, the most important trine and the trine which runs the world. This is by far the best trine to be in for power and Material success. By far these three signs hold all the power in life and you will have noticed that people born under these 3 signs have the money, fame and fortune everyone desires.

The Second trine - The Ox, The Snake and The Rooster.

This trine comes in second based on their association with the first trine. Each one of these signs is a soulmate to one of the other trines signs. The last trine - Tiger, horse and dog.

This is my favourite trine as a goat however in general this trine doesn’t have it easy in life at all. I know so many great people who are part of this trine who never get what they deserve out of life and there is one main reason for it. They are direct enemies with the first trine who hold all the power in this world.

This is the rebel trine and you will often see rebellions started by signs that belong to this trine. They absolutely hate the first trine and they can’t get along with them at all. Usually people in this trine are great people however often they can fall into traps and not achieve what they are capable of.

They are also the most spiritually in-tune. As they are probably the least materialistic trine as well. See how it works? The first trine is most materialistic and the last trine is the least. Direct enemies.

So something i have noticed about other adults is they are mostly hypocrites. Most will say one thing and then do another. They will campaign for equality and then complain when they are treated equally.

They will claim they want loyalty and then cheat on their partners. I honestly don’t think most adults even know how to be honest anymore tbh.

At least when i was younger people said what they thought. Even if i didn’t like it they at least were honest and didn’t hide behind the guise of being fake.

The worst one is with dating. People will say all these things that sound nice like saying “looks don’t matter”, “money doesn’t matter”, “height doesn’t matter” but then you see those exact same people exclusively dating tall, rich and handsome people and calling anyone who isn’t those things “ugly”.

That’s just the reality of being an adult unfortunately. People will lie to your face all while they snake you the first chance they can get. I just wish people were honest we would have a much better society that way.

I am a life path 19/1 with a birthday 26/8. I have always been alone. I had issues with my family from young especially with my dad. I have always hated people having power over me and i often don’t listen to people i don’t like.

I have always had followers/ friends but relationships have never been good. I have had girlfriends but i have done much better in hookups as my actual relationships never last. I just can’t do it. I hate having to adjust my schedule to fit someone else i have my own goals and i often feel like people hinder them rather than help.

Even in a work setting i would rather do everything by myself as i feel i would get it done better and faster. I honestly dislike having to work as a team despite being decent at it when i do.

However i have seen that life path 1s in general will always be alone for most of their lives. Whether that is by choice or not. I personally know 5 people who have the 19 in their chart and every single one is long term single. This just seems to be how it is for life path 1.

People will love us but also people won’t understand us. We will do great things but we will always feel alone in life.

Now as a goat my best matches are pig and rabbit with horse as well. My worst matches are rooster, ox and snake. However i have found myself extremely attracted to ox women more than any other sign other than maybe pig.

Whatever you have done good or bad will return to you this year so it is wise to make sure you do a lot of good before your 8 year happens. If you do have good karma your money will be great. You will likely make more money than you have ever made before during this year but also you could spend more money than ever before this year if you don’t manage your finances very carefully because 8s love to spend money. (I should know because i am one lol)

Personal year 9 - The final year, this is a year people end things, life will literally force you to end things that don’t serve you this year, wether that is relationships that don’t have a future, family ties being severed or friendship groups ending this year it will all reach its natural end. Don’t fight the endings embrace them as they will happen whether you want it to or not. Also try not to start anything new this year as pretty much everything new you start this year will also end very quickly.

8 is a symbol for karma. Karma is the 8. 8 is the karma. the two are linked. You do bad you get bad. You do good you get good.

Someone does you bad they get bad. Someone does you good they get good. It’s very simple and it’s something i wish i was taught earlier.

I am a 26/8 which is arguably the most karmic 8 according to a lot of numerologists but either way this applies to all 8s regardless.

I love the number 8 actually and i have typically found that 8s i have met have been the best people by far probably because all their life has been ruled by this karma so they know not to be a bad person better than anyone else.

you see as a 3 you can get away with doing and stuff, as a 5 you can get away with it, but as a 8 you can never get away with anything immoral. Now I’m not saying you can’t defend yourself far from it. however you must always do the right thing even in times of struggle.

The karma is a protection gift that comes with the 8 don’t see it as a bad thing see it as a great thing that will make you a better person and also stop bad people from hurting you.

I have literally seen this play out so many times in real life. Someone betrays me or steals from me and sure enough they get that bad karma X10. I remember one person purposely tried to break my stuff by throwing it on the ground but sure enough a few seconds later they tripped and broke their stuff they was carrying it’s like the universe is watching your every move which is honestly a comforting thought.

You must also be honest as an 8. Lying as an 8 will also bring you bad karma even the smallest of lies does and often people can just sense when your lying as an 8 it’s the hardest number to trick people with because the universe makes sure you never can which again is a good thing because it makes you into a good person.

If you are an 8 reading this i encourage you to be honest with people and yourself, help others when they need it, be calm under pressure and make sure never to do things in anger as they will come back to you, even if someone really deserves it just be calm and don’t do anything bad because the universe will always make sure that person gets their karma.

I just thought i would share my experiences and see if it resonates.

I have been doing sr for a while now. various streak lengths but usually long periods between relapses.

I will be completely honest about what i have experienced. These are as follows:

- De-aging or looking younger. This is pretty big but it’s true and works. i look old when i relapse a lot but now i look about 17/18 and im 23 so pretty decent.

- Basically no anxiety. Lots of aggression but no anxiety. I believe anxiety comes from lack or shame in some way.

- People feel safer around you and trust you without thinking about it. Sounds weird but when i relapsed a lot women wouldn’t be near me and always give me weird looks. Now they feel safer around me and act different. For example many times the woman i live with leaves her phone or other valuable items just lying around when before this she never would do that and often treated me as tho i was untrustworthy. It’s not exactly a benefit for you but it’s a benefit for other people i guess.

- Energy is consistent. You reach a point where your energy is just level. not extreme but also always there. you will know what i mean if you have done like 3 weeks retention.

- More fame and notoriety. it just comes with sr. people look at you, like i said want to be around you and i haven’t experienced this but i guess this can lead to people touching you.

- Anger at injustices. You feel a deep sense of right and wrong and so you will project that out onto other people. If someone is being a bad person it’s much harder to just ignore it and let them get away with it.

- Sometimes a deep feeling of loneliness. This one isn’t fun and can last a while. i don’t think there is a cure to this tbh.

- better money/ job security. at the end of the day your value increases so your less likely to be seen as expendable unless your manager just hates you and is dumb.

- women sense it more than men but both sense it obviously. men just sometimes get competitive or act annoying about it.

- you get to a point where life seem boring honestly. this one is a difficult one tbh. life can just get very boring in retention as you basically achieved your life’s goal at a certain point. i have money, house, job, friends and food what do i even need that doesn’t involve releasing? that’s what im struggling with my survival needs are met so i feel empty inside most days. this pushes me further into loneliness i think as well. i become too desperate for a relationship just to not feel alone.

i basically covered everything about retention. Sure there is some other minor stuff like having increased initiation sometimes or coincidences happening but i’ve also had negative stuff happen so i don’t really focus on that stuff too much.

Honestly working in general nowadays just feels like giving my rights as a human being away for a tiny amount of pocket change that barely covers my rent or expenses.

to make it worse you have to deal with completely insane managers who should never have been in that position to begin with but the people who mange them are equally insane most of the time.

I hate how you have to put up with so much stuff you never would under any circumstance. And the answer people always use to this issue is “oh just find another job then” no because there is literally not another job available ever in all of my time working there has only ever been the one job i got and never anything else “i could just go to”.

I’m tired of this bs. Put more jobs on the market, make society an actual community again rather than a selfish capitalist hellscape and start treating workers fairly. it’s not a lot to ask.
