فكرته مره حلوه دعم للامهات في مكان نسولف فيه ويطلع كلامنا لبعض وفيه خانه للبيبي تسجلي فيه متى رضع/تغيير الحفوضه/الشفط/النوم انقذني كثير من النسيان وفيه دعم نفسي كمان مره ممتاز واشوفه بعيد عن المثاليات ومافيه ناس توكسيك👍🏼
Hello, I am 3 months postpartum and my milk supply was good, as I used to pump every 3 hours. I traveled for 4 days without my daughter, and honestly, I only pumped 2 to 3 times a day, only when I felt my breasts became engorged. Now I am back with my daughter, and I was shocked that my milk supply is very low—it has decreased drastically and shockingly. How can I increase it again? Any suggestions?
Hi everyone, my daughter is three months old and is 100% breastfed. With every single feeding whether nursing directly or given expressed milk she always spits up a portion of it. However, over the past two days, due to some circumstances, I had to travel and leave her with my mother. She was switched to formula, and to my surprise, she stopped spitting up completely!!! I am so confused. What could be the reason in my breast milk that makes her spit up? Note that she doesn't show any signs of discomfort when she spits up; she acts completely normal and even smiles. I'm really baffled.😣

في احد زيي الادوية تحديدا ادوية القلق تخلي فيني حيوية وجراءة بالتعامل مع الناس؟ لما اخذها احس مافي شي يقدر يوقفني ولابداخلي خوف اطلاقا اليوم يكون ممتع جدا خاصه لو كنت بتعامل مع ناس 😅

مشاعري اليوم متلخبطه مابين الشعور بالضعف والخوف وتأنيب الضمير… بعد ولادتي بشهر شخصت بإكتئاب مابعد الولاده ونوبات ذُهان قُرر لي ان لازم اخذ ادويه من جديد "عشان نفسي" بس بداخلي انا ما اكترث لنفسي اطلاقا انا شايله هم بنتي مع ان صحتي لازم تكون مستقره حتى اقدر اعتني فيها بس ماقدرت اقتنع ان عادي ارضعها وانا اخذ الدواء مع ان تم التأكيد لي من عده اطباء وصيدلي انه امن ولاكن بداخلي احس ان غداء بنتي صار عبارة عن سُم وبنفس الوقت مو قادره نفسيا اتقبل فكره الحليب الصناعي اتمنى ان المحنة هذه تعدي بأسرع وقت ممكن حتى استمتع بأمومتي و ارتاح لكوني زوجه 🥀
السلام عليكم انا مشخصه ب BPD وتوني والده لي شهر وتشخصت اليوم بإكتئاب مابعد الولاده ونوبات ذهان وصفت لي الدكتوره olanzapine و sertraline مشكلتي اني ارضع طبيعي ومو حابه اوقف رضاعه ولنفس الوقت متخوفه اني ارضع وانا اخذ الادوية مع ان الدكتوره قالت انها امنه نسبيا بس مازال بقلبي خوف احد يعرف شخص مر بنفس الحاله؟ تاخذ ادويه ذهان واكتئاب وكملت رضاعه؟

This started 3 days ago. I wake up with a rash on my hands, neck, chest, stomach, thighs, and back. The rash on my hands and neck is the only part that gets itchy. It almost completely disappears about two hours after I wake up, then comes back again when I go to sleep. What do you think could be causing this? I’ve been dealing with severe stress and lack of sleep, could that be the reason?

Hello, first-time mom here. I tried to feed my baby some milk today, and I noticed an awful smell. I thought the milk had gone bad, so I took a sip and let me tell you, it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. Thank God it was only 4 oz.
I know it’s still safe for the baby to drink, but if I couldn’t stand the taste, why should my baby go through that? Anyway that was a traumatic experience for me. How can I avoid this happening again?
