Teeth whitening - gym and worst mistake of my life?

Hi! I got my teeth professionally whitened for the first time today using Zoom. I did 15 min at high setting, 15 at high setting but w pain, and then 3 min at low before I called it. I have been in the worst pain ever since. It’s been 5 hours. I’ve been taking Advil, Tylenol, keeping mouth closed, ate some soft white food, etc etc. I’m at a loss. I feel horrible and should not have done this.

Two questions though:

Do we think I’ll be ok to workout tmr morning? Like a Solidcore class?

Is there anything, and I do mean anything, I can do to help this.

Thank you so much❤️

Hi all! I’m young 20s and have a big trip coming up beginning of June (so 4-5ish weeks). I’ve been good about diet and working out and such, but I’m really stuck with some lingering fluff. Also I’m not overweight, but definitely a little heavier. Does anyone have any suggestions on treatments I could do in the coming days to help get rid of some of this excess around my stomach/torso and love handles? Cellulite on the thighs as well but.

I was thinking cool sculpting, lasers, or maybe lymphatic drainage? Thanks so much!

Hi!! I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for at home RF or Coolsculpting machines? I’m early 20s just looking to kill a little fat before my beach trip in the next 4-5 weeks. I’m normal bmi, not overweight but certainly not thin thin. I just need a little help to supplement gym everyday and good eating. Also, if anyone has any other treatment recommendations please let me know!!

Also, would those help with cellulite? The fat is on my torso but my thighs of course have some bumps

Hi all! I’ve been using the tanning bed fairly frequently (level 2 lay down), and just this morning I found a few weird spots. They’re right under my bikini waistband just on one side. They’re dark red/purple and there like 20 of them, all pretty small. It looks like a bunch of broken blood vessels. I don’t think it’s tanning bed rash but chat said it might have something to do with the heat, thoughts?
