What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Identify and qualify ideal prospects, Main Street businesses in the U.S. ($250K, $5M annual revenue)
- Initiate and nurture conversations that create genuine interest in Lyon Global
- Field inquiries from interested prospects and serve as their first point of contact
- Schedule qualified prospects onto a leadership call where our team presents the solution
- Own the relationship through and after that call, be present, be engaged, and close
- Follow up consistently using our CRM to manage your pipeline and protect your commissions
- Represent Lyon Global with professionalism, warmth, and authority at every touchpoint
- Attend a weekly leadership meeting to review activity, pipeline, and results
What to Expect
- Monthly base: PHP 25,000, paid weekly (approx. PHP 6,250/week)
- Commission: 25% flat on all closed revenue, paid weekly, recurring commission on retainers and subscriptions
- Occasional performance bonuses at leadership discretion
- Independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes; no statutory benefits included
- 90-day performance gate, continuation contingent on agreed activity and revenue benchmarks

What We're Looking For
- Above-average American-English verbal communication, accent, fluency, pace, and warmth all matter (assessed during interview)
- Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar closing role
- Strong written English for email and social outreach
- Self-starter who can build and manage a pipeline without hand-holding
- Comfort operating in a commission-driven environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Availability during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central time zone overlap preferred)
- Preferred: B2B services, SaaS, or coaching/training sales experience; CRM fluency; small business or consulting background
