Opinions on "Steel River" as a pre match tune?

Genuinely interested, personally I'm not keen it seems flat and has never really caught on.

Interested to see how fans feel about it.

People who have stopped taking GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), what was your experience like and how did you manage to keep the weight off?

I'm curious to hear from anyone who has gone through the process of coming off these medications.

How did your body, appetite, and habits react during the transition?

If you've been successful at maintaining your weight loss long-term, what specific strategies, routines, or mindset shifts helped you do it?

What advice or tips would you give to someone navigating this phase?

With a few weeks left of the transfer window where do you think is our biggest weakness?

For me personally it's cover at RB, love Callum Brittain but seriously concerned about us finding long term suitable cover if he got injured.

30 lbs down on Wegovy. Worried it would ruin my gym progress, but I'm in the best shape of my life at nearly 40.

The differences might be subtle, and to some maybe not even noticeable, but there is a difference of 30 pounds between these photos.

When I started Wegovy, one of my biggest worries was how it would affect my training. I'm a gym lover and always have been, but it was always my diet that let me down.

I was worried that I'd be too exhausted to train, or that I'd lose lots of muscle and end up skinny fat. But here I am, nearly 40 years old and the lightest, fittest, and strongest I've ever been.

Starting weight: 93.7kg. Current weight: 79.5kg.

I love this drug.

With rising costs, pub closures, and younger generations drinking less, can traditional British pub survive? How do you think they will adapt?

Would like to have more than one species if possible but equally happy not to.

Please tell me about an ideal species set up?

In case anybody is wondering about the correct bacon to bread ratio here it is.

If anybody would like to suggest the correct condiment along with whether it should be on the side or contained within the sandwich. 👍
