Yesterday I got mail that induction program is from August 24 to Sept 6th , is it okay if I reach college on Sept 2nd or will I miss anything. I have a family function on August 30th soo I am confused if I need to attend it or go to college

I bought a brand new Lenovo LOQ about 14 days ago with the following specs:
Intel Core i7-13650HX
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 6GB
16GB RAM
512GB NVMe SSD
I'm having serious performance issues.
Call of Duty runs at only 16–17 FPS.
Forza (Xbox app) takes 5+ minutes to launch and sometimes hangs on the "Launching game" screen.
The laptop is plugged in while gaming.
Windows, BIOS, NVIDIA drivers, Intel drivers, and Lenovo drivers are all updated.
Task Manager detects both the RTX 4050 and Intel UHD GPU.
I expected much better performance from this hardware. Is this likely to be a software/configuration issue, or does it sound like defective hardware (SSD, GPU, motherboard, etc.)?
soo we want to buy a car in one month , and our budget is 13 lakhs (as we had some construction work undergoing which cost 2cr soo our budget decreased from 30 to 13) .we want to buy this car for use of only 5 years and after that we will buy another big car. so my doubt is should I go with venue hx5 plus or creta base version. regardless we will change this car in 5 years. this car is for my father work purpose he travels mostly in city within 20km per day
h I am 18,176cm tall and 77-79 kgs . i started gym 2 weeks ago and is able to see changes in my upper body . but not even an inch in my lower body. i have been gaining lot of lower body fat from 2 years. my glutes is now 43 inches and my target is 37-38 inches . suggest me routine which increases lower body fat burning
