iShowSpeed Doesn't Show Speed

So, I'm in Android 14 and I downloaded an APK from a GitHub repository and when I tried to install it, It said "There was a problem while parsing package". What's wrong with it?

So there's a sound effect when someone gets hit hard in some youtube short channels (like Sagawa1gou, its_siowei, etc) and it sounds like a guitar but with low pitch. The short music is commonly accompanied with a background of a cross, then a heaven gate, and then the sky (i think).

It's a white creature with puppy eyes and he looks like he's looking at a camera and he has weirdly oversized eyes (BTW NOT THE AUTISM/TBH CREATURE)

Which software is good for animating hand-drawn style object shows

Has any of you developed an animation software INSIDE of penguinmod? ( Example: https://studio.penguinmod.com/#4113830499 ) because it'd be so cool if me and another person are working on the same type of project

I want it DIRECTLY to an exe. I don't want it inside a zip, Becuase i'm gonna make a penguinmod project compilation that's a zip file. Is there any way to do this?
