Back after a long time, need help

This is my Xiao 2pc+2pc build. I have Faruzan C2, Durin C0R1(Mist) and Bennett. I do not have Xianyun, Furina and Nicole. My few questions:

Is he viable now with this team setup?

Should I pull Nicole?

What artifacts should Durin use? A support set or something for his personal damage?

And finally, how much team DPS (estimate) can I expect with my current team? I cannot open Miliastra to test this myself 😔there is some glitch.

Why does Nicole, a Pyro character get her level-up materials from a boss that drops only Electro ascension materials?

I'm honestly so fed up. Had to spend so much of my Masterless stardust for the dust of azoth. If I remember correctly, it was the same for Varka. I still miss for example, Pyro characters= Pyro reg materials kind of bosses.
