Hi all! I've been dealing with hip and leg pain stemming from weak hips and glutes. I also noticed that my knees cave in when I'm running (thanks to some not-so-lovely race photos I recently received back from a marathon), which is also stemming from my weak hips and glutes. What are your favorite exercises to strengthen hips and glutes? I've been doing clam shells and fire hydrants. I have bands and access to a gym, so I can use machines to strengthen them! Thanks in advance!
