Inter Toronto FC announces Estevan Alonzo Cobena ahead of the 2026 OPL season.

Inter Toronto Football Club announces that Estevan Alonzo Cobena has joined the Inter Toronto Pathway ahead of the 2026 Ontario Premier League season.

Born in Toronto, Canada, the 16-year-old centre-back brings intelligence, physicality, and defensive awareness to the back line. A right-footed defender who also holds Chilean and Ecuadorian nationality, Cobena has developed with Inter Toronto III following previous experience with Brampton East, Peñarol North Futsal, Barcelona Academy, Woodbridge SC, and AIFC.

A composed and reliable defender, Cobena stands out for his ability to read the game and make strong decisions under pressure. He combines physical defending, including well-timed challenges, with positional awareness and an understanding of when to press or hold his line, allowing him to manage defensive situations effectively.

His background includes a wide range of competitive experiences across both outdoor and futsal environments, along with multiple achievements such as U9 Brampton East Top Goal Scorer honours, Canadian futsal recognition, FTF championship titles, and appearances at higher levels including League2 reserve call-ups and matches against NCAA programs in the United States. He has also represented Canada at the U13 level and competed internationally in Colombia.

Cobena’s pathway to Inter Toronto came through the tryout process, His performances in a competitive environment allowed him to secure his place within the club.

His journey reflects a high level of commitment, including extensive travel across multiple countries such as Spain, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and the United States in pursuit of development opportunities.

“Representing Inter Toronto means being part of a high-level club in Canada, and I’m proud to represent the academy and continue pushing myself every day,” said Cobena.

In the current environment, Cobena has continued to build consistency and leadership in his performances, supported by a competitive structure that emphasizes accountability and growth.

With a clear objective in place, he remains focused on standing out, progressing through the levels, and working toward his goal of becoming a professional player.

Sorry for the short notice r/AUSL but we are working hard with the AUSL team to get as many AMAs as we can!  We are thrilled to host Tori Vidales for an AMA tomorrow at 1pm ET.

Vidales played at Texas A&M from 2015-2018 with a .355 career batting average with 65 home runs and 219 RBIs over 240 games. Texas A&M’s all-time leader with 198 runs scored, 480 total bases, and 219 RBIs. Tori went on to compete for Team Mexico in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics! She also has the honor in the history books for hitting the very first home run in AUSL Championship history in 2025 and a cornerstone of this new Portland team in 2026. Tori Vidales is a corner infielder from La Porte, Texas.

r/AUSL is thrilled to present our first athlete AMA! A chance to ask Hannah Flippen, infielder for the Utah Talons, your questions live Tuesday July 14th at 1pm ET!

Hannah Flippen is middle infielder for the Utah Talons from Bonita, California. She was acquired in the 4th Round of the 2025 Inaugural Draft following a collegiate career at Utah.

Flippen was the inaugural recipient of the AUSL Defensive Player of the Year award, received two Defensive MVP citations in the 2025 AUSL All-Star Cup, two-time Defensive MVP honoree the 2024 AUX season, and was the 2022 Athletes Unlimited Defensive Player of the Year. Beyond Athletes Unlimited, she won Gold at the 2025 World Games, the 2022 World Games, and the 2017 Pan American Championship.

At University of Utah she ranks third in Utah history with a .392 career batting average and amassed 263 career hits, 33 home runs, 145 RBIs, and drew 105 career walks.

Is there a trick on how to achieve this badge?

I have about 7or8 different countries shows marked as watched, but it didn't unlock the badge. Is there more details to it? Do I need to individually mark each of the seasons/episodes? Add them to a list? Or have at least 2 shows marked-as-watched per country? etc. Thanks in advance!
