Garage storage company in Scottsdale? How did you create more storage space in your garage?

How did you guys make more room to have better garage space in your garage? I have seen some modifications online and was going to ask if you guys know any handyman or company that helps with those overhead garage storage space.

I came across some other home owners mentioning a couple of companies like EZgarage storage USA who does this modifications for over storage, and some others mentioning cabinets from Costco. I'll prefer something local to Arizona or even country wide in the USA alone.

Appreciate any suggestions or recs.
Thank you.

Where around Osage Beach to get one of those Floating swim barriers/Cove corrals?

Me and a few friends are heading down to the Ozarks soon and will probably spend most of the trip out on the lake after the beach of course. We were looking for one of those floating barriers/cove corrals things that marks swim areas like the one in the picture so people aren't drifting all over the place.

I did see a few online while searching, but figured I'd ask locals first as we want something local and I'm sure people around Osage know what works well around here.

Anybody got recs or experience with any of them?

Thinking about trying the Vitamin C super serum from Cosmedica Skincare. Has anyone used it for a dry and acne-prone skin?

My skin has always been a combination of dry skin in some seasons and gets oily in others that is now a conscious things for me. My barriers are affected already before I even realized what's happening.

I've been looking into Hyaluronic serums and Vitamin C serums like the one from Cosmedica Skincare and seen different takes on what would be the options to go to, others advice it's not yet time for Vitamin C until I have a healed barrier and no more breakouts, other says it's okay but to ensure what works for my skin type.

I would love to know what you guys think should be the likely steps to take or if there are alternatives that are gentle like the Cosmedica skincare Vitamin serum, I did try La Roche-Posay sometimes in the past but don't want to just go off by myself anymore.

Does anyone really know if Cosmedica skincare is truly woman owned?

Hi ladies, it's that time where I restock my skincare products again, i came across the pure Hyaluronic acid serum from Cosmedica Skincare, and wanted to know if it is a good one for someone with dry and sometimes oily skin? Also I will prefer to get from a woman owned brand, just a preference nothing extraordinary. So If you have suggestions on alternative serums products I will appreciate it or I'd you have personal experience with this.

Cowarehousing space in the city, anyone got a rec?

Hii all, like the title says, I'm looking for recs on cowarehousing spaces around town where i can run my biz from, I run a small ecommerce biz on the side and storage boxes has taken most of the free space at my home.

My wife has had enough, even with strangers coming home to pick up things, it's getting awkward. I've looked online and came across a few office spaces with warehouse and storage facilities, but I'll prefer your recs and personal experiences.

I will appreciate any recs or personal experience you choose to share.

Looking for cowarehousing space, my house is filled with boxes.

Like the title says, I am looking for cowarehousing space to run my side ecommerce biz from. I know why not just get an office space? Or a storage facility, we'll I'd rather not have to be responsible for everything else since this is a small scale biz.

Wifey is having enough of all this, only a matter of time before she scolds me, I've done my findings online and came across a few decent ones, but will prefer recs from personal experiences.

Any recs will be appreciated, thank you.

Like title said, I'm hoping to get a recs on hvac repairs and maintenance services here in Fayetteville or any around Arkansas that can service these areas.

I've looked online obviously, saw some few got mentioned often but I want and would prefer locally owned ones with some reputation.

If you also know some i should avoid, i will appreciate that, even better if they are insured, ive had bad experiences back in texas.

Hey everyone,

I just moved into a place here in Burlington with my family and we’re starting some basement renovations, but we’re already running into some issues. There’s a bit of moisture and what looks like early mold starting in a couple corners.

And honestly, I’d rather deal with it properly now before it turns into a bigger problem for me later. I’ve been looking into waterproofing companies and came across a few, but I’m not sure which of these service Burlington or are known for good work locally.

Ideally looking for someone licensed/insured who can handle foundation cracks general basement waterproofing interior or exterior.

If anyone’s had good (or bad) experiences, I’d really appreciate the input. Thanks

Hi guys, so i'm relatively new at my current company and already getting thrown into the deep end with credential exposure stuff.

I did some initial checks against breach dumps and sure enough, found a handful of our company credentials already out there. I did what I thought was the right move, by putting together a quick security awareness session, and I told everyone to stop reusing their work emails on random sites, the usual spiel.

Literally a week later I run another check and there's a new hit. Probably someone signing into some sketchy service with their work email, who knows. It feels like i'm just playing whack-a-mole while people keep doing whatever they want.

I've been looking at a few tools to stay on top of this and came across a couple of them, honestly I am not even sure if the bigger problem is tooling or just... people being people.

What are you guys using for ongoing monitoring of this kind of thing? And more importantly, how do you get employees to stop being the problem and cooperate without looking like the bad guy? Is there any advice you guys can share with me before I completely lose it lol. I am open to hearing what's worked or hasn't worked for you.
