Hiya! I stream twice a week on Youtube using OBS as my streaming software and I notice that, despite my chat setting in OBS being set to "live chat" (not sorting by best, just sorting by live) it doesn't actually do that. Every once in a while, so once or twice every 5 minutes or so, I have to manually re-click "live chat" to actually see recent chats in OBS.

It's like it keeps defaulting to "best chats" despite me having it on live. I don't want that, cause I try to respond to most chats I get. Is there any setting that I have wrong?

Ok, don't laugh at me but I want to play Northern independence and win it. My problem is that I am not the best warfare player. I usually just leave on auto-armies and hope for the best.

I've tried getting independence before and my other Lords Paramount would NEVER join my side in an independence war.

I create the independence faction and I literally could not make anybody join alongside me, even if I ally with them. My military power is never enough to enforce demands and I always get absolutely spanked by whatever leader the Seven Kingdoms has (Robert or Targaryens)

Also, I can never get hooks on my fellow lords paramount to try and force them into my faction. My spymasters never uncover ANYTHING.

Does anyone have any tips?

So, I live in a house I share with other people. We all use the same internet with multiple devices each, and the actual wifi box is inaccessible to me so I can't really log into it to check what's wrong.

Slowly over time, my internet connection has gotten worse and worse. I used to be able to download things at around 40mb/s and didn't have the connection die very often. It got worse over the years, to the point that a few weeks ago, it would download at 4mb/s and die for about a minute every 10-ish minutes, and would repeat this. Now, since about a week or so ago, it has now been doing this every 2-3 minutes. It has basically become unusable and I feel there is nothing I can do to fix it. I've been feeling so alone, not being able to chat with my friends or do my primary hobby online, which is videogames.

My room is at the very back from the unit, on the lower floor which means my desk at at the furthest possible location from the router. It's frustrating but there is not much I can do, and I have tried a lot of things already. I am not looking for a solution to fix my units internet at this point.

However, I had an idea. I recently subscribed to a new service provider for my phone and took the "unlimited data bundle" which gave me unlimited data, texts, calls and up to 400mb/s download speed on my phone.

Now, I know mobile tethering is a thing. Does anyone know if tethering is serviceable for player PC games? And if I connect my phone to my PC via a USB cable, how quick could the connection be?

Ik werk sinds eind 2023, maar ik werk maar parttime. Ik heb een beperking en het is lastig voor mij om meer dan 3x8 uur p/w te werken. Mijn contract was voor 24 uur p/w dus dat kwam perfect uit.

Door mijn lage inkomen en beperking, woon ik nog thuis (ook al wil ik graag eruit).

Ik ben niet bepaald een mens dat veel uitgeeft. Na mijn vaste lasten aan mijn ouders had ik meestal rond de 1k+ euro p/m over die ik op een spaarrekening had gezet. Dat deed ik iedere maand. Nu heb ik, 2 en een half jaar later zo'n 26k op die rekening staan, maar nog steeds een laag inkomen. Mijn contract is gewijzigd toen ik een vast contract kreeg, waardoor ik nu maar 16 uur p/w werk, en het lukt mij niet om voor 1 dag p/w passend werk te vinden om mijn inkomen aan te vullen.

Door het spaargeld wat ik heb, heb ik nu geen recht op alle vormen van financiële bijstand om mijn inkomen tot een leefbare hoeveelheid aan te vullen.

Ik heb nu dus 26k waar ik niks mee kan. Ik kan er geen huis van kopen, ik kan er niet mee huren (er wordt gemiddeld 3 tot 4 keer de kale huurprijs p/m gevraagd aan inkomen voor huurwoningen) en ik kan ook mijn inkomen niet aanvullen.

Is er iets wat ik nog kan met dat geld? Soms voel ik namelijk alsof ik dom ben geweest door te sparen. Als ik nou gewoon dat geld uit had gegeven aan reizen, nieuwe telefoons of wat dan ook, had ik ten minste nu financiële steun kunnen vragen. Maar zelfs voor Wajong kom ik niet in aanmerking omdat ik dus wel een beetje kan werken. Het voelt alsof ik helemaal vast zit, en die 26k voelt als een blok aan mijn been.

Anyone else having this issue?

This ONLY ever happened to me playing G2. I have a pretty good PC that can handle any games I throw at it at ultra graphics, 60+ FPS. But G2 is absolutely cooking my PC's CPU and GPU, even with the graphics turned to medium. My PC keeps shutting itself off while playing the game because it's overheating.
