There's still a fair bit to go but I am SO proud of what I've accomplished thus far (with partners help)
Still gotta fill the gap up in the ceiling and we have a new fridge freezer arriving tomorrow but overall I'm super chuffed !! We made the bench from IKEA tv units with added drawers for storage... The project began a couple months ago and I can't say I've noticed the lack of storage since.
Currently struggling through the first trimester however and doing all that painting killed me hahahah
Was able to watch the eclipse in its entirety without burning my retinas, it was lovely watching everyone working out ways to safely see it and even lended the mask to a few others that were stacking sun glasses with little success 😆 nowt better than a reason for everyone as a collective to go outside and watch the sky. Was a really nice sense of community
Had some black pudding that needed eating an a plan to make a toad in the hole ... Worked out perfectly

Ive got to say the few moments whilst the screen was dark and she was searching for the baby was one of the most intense moments of my life... But the flood of relief once baby was located and heartbeat was shown was just incredible ❤️

My partner and I have been struggling to conceive for the past year, had a chemical back in November that really knocked me back :( have a appointment for a scan next week which I'm both buzzing but also terrified for ♥️
