I recently came across how CAS is affecting options and futures and I'd just like to know the views of the community if it would be affecting arbitrage funds in any way.

Tryna start a family business like shops or something

Can anybody suggest me simple ideas that might work? Something that my family can continue after generations and is not specialised enough

For example, I've been thinking of cloth shops, jewellery shops etc.

I had one task

1. A set of .js files containing questions [ 6 files containing 45 questions each]
2. A set of files that renders these questions
3. A particular problem list , of possible problems

There were issues with the .js files

I provided all the files to codex on the cli

1. Instructions - Parse each question ,each question one by one, check the latex and rendering if it is correct according to the plugin
2. find the set of issues according to the problem list, if any more , find them as well

Results :

1. Despite FORCING repeatedly to look at the questions one by one, all codex models did not comply by this instructions.
2. Deepseek took a look at all 270 questions in no time
3. Listed the issues, and suggested fixes
4. Codex SCREWED THIS TASK, and just ran a script regenerating all the 6 .js files with even worse katex rendering.

Verdict - > The joke is, I paid money for codex subscription, and a flash open source model on free chat version did the work perfectly.

So one of my dad's colleagues immediately had an heart attack while leaving our house.

Yesterday he was with us and while leaving for his house he had chest pain and breathing issues and he brushed it off saying cold.

Since we were a bit suspicious, we called him half an hour later after he reached his house and he was totally breathless. So we rushed to his house with our car and while on the way , we called 108.

Obviously in heart attack, getting treatment as soon as possible is the priority.

Those 108 guys told "We will only take him to the nearest govt hospital and ABSOLUTELY NOT ANYWHERE else"

We said "but hey he's having a heart attack we think, can you do something like take him to the closest hospital we will pay no problem"

They said "Only to the closest govt hospital which was fking 15 kms away to omandurar"

The point is, if there were govt hospitals everywhere then no problem , but in cases like heart attack where treatment should be as early as possible these guys are like "Kootitu pona GH daan kootitu povom, ena aagudo aagatum"

So, we cut the call and immediately called kauvery hospital and they responded very swiftly. But in the meantime the neighbours called another private hospital and took him there , but see the difference.

I can't fathom how the govt guys are even willing to say "Even if you pay, we will take him only to govt hospital even if situation is crucial and treatment is immediate requirement"

Lost hope in this country man.

Fortunately the colleague survived but i am shaken by this entire experience.

I topped up API credits and used some 5 $ and waited half a day for a particular work to be done (document processing)

Idk what happened, but deepseek wiped out everything it did and then claimed the task was done.

Now, I am certainly sure that this is deepseek's fault and I feel cheated. Is there any way I can claim the API credits back into my account so that I can at least start the work again ?

Or is it all ruined ? My time and money ?

OpenAi is doing exactly what anthropic did a few months ago.

Today, one of my accounts that I use for my youtube channel has been banned out of nowhere, with just generic bullshit "You've violated our usage policies"

I BARELY used chatgpt in the last few months. I didn't even open the dayum website. I use gemini pro and claude for this.

At most, I used codex to write remotion code, which it failed at miserably I just hit ctrl+c and quit and NEVER OPENED IT in the last two months.

I've barely used chatgpt, hell in fact i didn't open it for the last two months.

Guess what, today I got banned.

These guys mostly ran out of compute, and decided to randomly ban accounts for the lamest of reasons.

They're driving users away, and this seems DELIBERATE.

Can't wait to see OpenAi in the same GARBAGE DUMP that they were in a few months ago.

Hi all

I have around 5k + documents (2.5+ GB) doc and PDF files that have images as well.

The content of these documents consists of Physics, Chemistry, Biology questions. This involves diagrams, equations and numericals as well.

I want to convert them into "Insert Into" statement according to a specific schema with latex notations included, snip the images into the specific folder, that's all.

I let codex do the work but it's taking forever with the limits. I've decided to rent a gpu and then get the work done but i have no idea on what open source model to use

Can someone guide me? I want this job to be done as quickly as possible

In the end , all I'm concerned is am I feasting on somebody's loss? By religious rules, according to several hindu sects this intraday is just gambling.

I need fresh perspectives, can anybody please give some fresh new moral perspectives?

My Strategy : Search the stocks that are going to rise, or ride the stocks that are on a sure-shot bullish trend or just trade in nifty whenever it is bound to go up.
