Not sure if there is progress or my eyes are deceiving me, This is me after 2 months with no actual strict diet but me drinking water/ Ultima throughout the day and just one meal at around 5 to 6 knowing that I’m still under my calorie intake for the most part. Feedback is appreciated on what I can enhance and if that progress is actually worth it? Thanks!
