Idk it's probably only funny because it's my own post. It really got me thinking about how ridiculous this is and I can't stop occasionally giggling at the thought of this comment

AI was new, experimental and exciting when I started uploading my music. Every upload had an ai generated image plastered right on the thumbnail with some minimal tweaks like adding text or something. The lyrics were written by ai too. I should have done the art and lyrics myself but I took the easy new and exciting route.

My new stuff doesn't use any AI and yeah, it's harder to do but it's more fun to do. I slowly dropped ai, stopped letting it write my lyrics for me. I can't remember the last time I had it help me with my lyrics. I've also been learning how to 3d model and edit photos. Tinkercad and picsart (I don't use the new ai editing features it seems to be focused on now) are all I need. I can do it from my phone. It's easy and relaxing. Simple too.

I feel like I have a voice when now that I write my own lyrics. AI never got my thoughts across perfectly. I used to sing about whatever nonsense the AI came up with after I prompted it. Now I can write every line from scratch, make every verse meaningful, and get my exact thoughts across. Having more control over word counts and lengths in each verse helped the rhythm too. Singing got easier after that.

And as for the album art it feels so good to use my OCs to express myself just like how I intended from the start. AI doesn't provide precise control over angles, poses, colors and details, but I do. I'm still limited by skill and it can get annoying but learning skill to fix those problems is so worth the effort and it feels amazing.
