Just plain fraud.
I scheduled a pickup for a standard overnight on Thursday. I saw the truck pull up from my window and went down to give them the box but they had already driven away. No one contacted me, there was no slip, I have still received no reason why this happened.
Now I’m being told my package that was picked up (at 2pm not 830am as requested) today won’t arrive until Monday. It needs to be there Saturday, that’s why I overnighted it Thursday.
