Thoughts on the Ford Performance Tune and/or CAI?

The Ford Performance tune for the 2.3 (for my 2024 XLT) has a pretty steep price, but on paper the numbers look really good. For anyone who has done it, how has it effected your MPG? Additionally.. I wonder if adding a CAI kit, which also has added power/tq claims, would it add on or just mess up some of the tuning?

Replacement Adjustable Headrest from Mustang

I know this is a known fix but I figured I'd post it.. the OEM headrests on my 2024 XLT are non-adjustable and tilted forward at a ridiculous angle.

The 2024 Mustang GT has an adjustable version that fits in the Ranger perfectly. The first image is of the OEM headrest and the second is the one from the Mustang. Much more comfortable and I think it still matches pretty close to the interior colors/materials!

Hi everyone, been climbing for around 13 years and have tried a ton of different shoes throughout that time. In recent years, LaSportiva Solutions have been my main shoe for bouldering and sport climbing. Recently, I finally tried the Scarpa Drago LV for my hardest bouldering projects and have been loving them.

For my next shoe, I'd like to give Scarpa a shot for replacing my Solutions.. What are the main differences between the Instinct VS and VSR? Which do you think should be the "replacement" for the Solutions?

Thanks!
