Decided to rank all fixers, my reasoning in the body!

Decided to rank all fixers, my reasoning in the body!

Giving my reasoning from low to high:

Dexter DeShawn - Nothing really needed to be said, I hated him from the moment I saw him, and NOT in a racist way, he just gave me a really REALLY bad vibe and look where that got us

Wakako Okada - I mean, she has some pretty good gigs, I did enjoy doing them, and Byakko is FUCKING GOATED, (also justice for 8ug8ear) but I will never, and I mean NEVER forgive her for selling Evelyn to the scavs.

Dino Dinovic - Shortest amount of gigs what can I say? I did some digging in the lore and he kind of seems just pretty selfish too.

Dakota Smith - She's just kinda... meh, you know? I do find it pretty cool that she's the Badlands own fixer, and the 'Mad Coyote' is a fire ass nickname I can't lie. She's pretty loyal and trustworthy compared to other fixers. But I just feel like there isn't that much substance to her as compared to other fixers

Regina Jones - Skippy. Thats all I need to say.

Muamar "El Capitan" Reyes - I just really like his vibe and the 'Just Another Story' gigs are fun, I won't lie. And heyyy he's from Santo Domingo, same as my boy David, so yeah, I just get good vibes from him and I respect the cars also love the Bloody Maria

Sebastian "Padre" Ibarra - Holy, I love this guy, his vibe, his dialog, his gigs, and his overall just mystery, also my main gun, the Seraph, is the reward you get for finishing his gigs. And just love the whole "Beware of an old man in a profession where men usually die young" shit

Wade "Mr. Hands" Bleecker - Do I really need to explain this? He's just so fucking cool and I love his gigs, his mysterious vibe, and I love the whole politics game, I dunno, it just gets me. I love it, and I love the car he gives us.

Rachel "Rogue" Amendiares - Okay, I know I've said this a ton but DO I REALLY NEED TO EXPLAIN THIS?! She's got everything, her relations with Johnny, being the Queen of the Afterlife, and OH MY GOD SHE IS BEAUTIFUL, okay I need to calm on the simping. But still, it's really unfortunate that she didn't have more gigs and something I would've liked is when you complete all of her gigs maybe she would've gave you her car, I would've said Pride, but Pride is pretty specific to The Sun ending. Also something funny I found out, is that Rogue canonically dated Mike Pondsmith. So Maximum Mike, host of the Morro Rock Radio is Mike Pondsmith's creator insert, and they canonically dated on and off which I found funny as hell

Okay, hot take (or not depending how you look at it): I much prefer the game over the show

From an everything standpoint. Now I kinda need to make it clear that I'm talking about purely the game how it is right now, on launch was like a totally different game.

Only part that I'd say Edgerunners had over me is just better characters, and specifically getting you attached to said characters, but writing wise for me, I much prefer the story of V over the rise and fall of David Martinez. (And if we're including Phantom Liberty, holy it NEGS)

But I'm curious about your thoughts.

I hate when people joke about any form of SA

Now let's something straight, SA is fucking horrible, no matter if you're a guy or a girl, and the problem that most of this society suffers with these days, is either (like in the first one) makes constant jokes about said SA, and call them "lucky" or shit like that or in the second one, just ignore the SA, and don't do anything with that, and also PEOPLE ACTUALLY LIKE THE DEEP, LIKE UNIRONICALLY

As a victim of SA, I find it just really disrespectful when people, especially in the first example, fantasize about being SA'd and actually get off to it, it's do fucking weird

And, a message to THOSE people, if you ever do get SA'd it's not going to be by some 10/10 baddie, I guarantee you

But thats just me I guess, thoughts?

Cyberpunk Appreciation Post

And basically just glazing it: My GOD, Cyberpunk is so fucking peak, I just CAN'T. I remember a few weeks ago, I was contemplating downloading it and starting it again, because I had played it when it first came out, but I literally could not play the game, so I just deleted it, but now that I heard about all these updates, I started researching it, and I saw this one video that says Cyberpunk leaves a hole in your heart that can never be filled by anything else, and of course, I didn't believe him, BUT HOW WRONG I WAS.

I literally almost recreated the "It's just so peak" meme after Phantom Liberty with the tears I felt coming, and Nocturne Op55N1 was the cherry on top, the final mission made me feel things I never thought I'd feel for a game. Throughout my entire time, I had three highs of Cyberpunk: Konpeki Plaza, Phantom Liberty, and Nocturne Op55N1.

I don't know if I'd be the same person had I decided against Cyberpunk, I just love this game so fucking much. The characters, the city itself, the plot, it really had the greatest comeback story of all time.

Also might as well end this with a semi-controversial take: I prefer the game over the anime, story wise, characters wise, etc.

I dunno if it's just me, but I would've really liked a feature in Cyberpunk where you can mod cars yourself with separate weapons and stuff, so you can really customize it, am I alone in wanting this?
