As I’m a passed out student, from an affiliated college. I went to access library to study for competitive exams, but they were checking id cards. Sector 17 and 34 library is crowded all the time.

23f gnef, didn’t got any guidance for cat prep last year when I graduated. Self studied from resources available online and scored 79.4 percentile. My profile is 8/7/6 and 1 year of work experience currently. Now I didn’t got into any mba college rather than one which was in my city but the placements were shady.
I want to self fund my degree I’ve 3-5 lacs for that. Can anyone suggest me an actionable plan for 4 months wherein I can score around 95 percentile. I already have wasted 2 years, by the year I’ll join my mba program it’ll be 3 years. Please be a little considerate of words as I’m an overthinking overassumer and going through a rough patch.

Hey guys, please be a gentle as I’m vulnerable and opening up on this after 3 years. I’m in India and there’s this guy currently in Caledon Ontario. He chased me in India for almost like 1 year, when he broke this news to be that he’s moving to Canada I gave him a chance, one thing about him is that he was quite materialistic and greedy. When we’re friends he asked for a bag which I purchased but didn’t gave him observing the pattern. When we were in relation and he was about to fly- I lended him again a huge chunk of money to pay and settle his credit card bills to which he told that his father will repay me. Never happened, few days in and he wasn’t even replying to my texts. Now during this time one fine day my wallet got stolen from my classroom. I was all shattered, the money I had in my card was given to him and the cash got stolen. I don’t like to take money from my family as I’m not dependent on them since I was 18, I reached out to him asking my money back and just like that he left me on seen. Now after 3 years he had an audacity to add me on Snapchat- asking hey how’re you, my anger bursted and he removed me. Now I want suggestions that should I go legal, as I don’t want to spare him now.

How’s the placement scenario in uiams, if we expect a package of 15lpa, how realistic are the placement stats. Or should I prepare for cat and get in ubs I’ve work experience of 1.8 years almost 2years by September

I come from a middle class family. I’m the elder one out of two siblings. As a family of 4 we have always faced financial crunch because my parents have worked all their life in corporate entry level jobs with same organisation.

I did BCom in 2025 with 52.5%, in 10th and 12th I scored between 80.5 and 87.2 percent respectively.
I couldn’t perform well academically because of mental health issues and I was paying my own fees, by doing internships and jobs.

Now I’m working full time from past 8-9 months, but I want to pursue MBA from a reputed university or college. Can’t take hefty study loans as my parents are almost on the verge of retirement, I’ve to be the breadwinner for the family.

Gave cat this year, scored 84.3 percentile but no converts. At this point I don’t want to take another drop year, so my backup plan is to my masters from Malaysia as it’s in my budget brackets. I’m doing certifications to build a strong portfolio and CV.

My some main concerns :

1. How’s the scenario of odd jobs for students, I heard that they can do internships and work part time. No specific hours were mentioned
2. If I want to move back to India after my degree or settle in Singapore for my job. What will be a better option in my case
3. Do international universities consider profiles like mine, low cgpa but certifications and work experience.

I need insights from students studying or alumni, I want to know about the placements and the academic experience there. Uiams doesn’t have a great repo as I’ve heard from some students, I’m dicey as the counselling of uiams is due on 16th June and I’m really stuck if I should go for it and take a leap of hope and prepare for cat this year

As the title says, I’ve heard that the placements in uiams is not that great or the placement brochures are just sugarcoated. I have 1-2 years of workex too, would it be better in any other way.
