Guys I need reassurance… my period is supposed to start tomorrow and I always seem to forget that I have pretty severe pmdd.
Does anybody else feel horrible during pms combined with VM? I had a migraine attack yesterday and today I feel lightheaded and dopy. I feel a bit dizzy but my meds are really trying to fight it i can feel it. I feel like I have no personality or feelings. I have a big exam to turn in tomorrow evening. And my brain is struggling to even write one sentence.

I have really severe vestibular migraine and all these years being sick caused depression. So I’m currently on 100mg of sertraline. I have to stop the drug I was taking for the dizziness (topiramate) because its of awful side effects. My neurologist wants to switch me from zoloft (setraline) 100mg to Effexor 150mg from one day to another. Direct switch. No weaning off first.

Has anyone ever made a direct med swap like that?

Is it going to be hell … her plan is that if Effexor works it could help my vestibular issues and depression All in one.

And how is Effexor different than zoloft if anyone has tried both
