Lowkey tired of seeing antagonists we already know the fate of and therefore there being no real stakes. In Ahsoka we get introduced to new characters in Baylan and Shin as well as reintroduced to old characters we don’t know the fate of in Thrawn and Morgan and they all work because we have no idea how their story ends besides Morgan which was shown in the series. With the inquisitors we know how all of them die except Reva, Lyn and possibly Barriss (if she survived the stab) so it’s kinda cheap to constantly use them knowing nothings gonna happen in the long run if the show

With that being said, does anyone else want to see a new force sensitive? Other than a powerful force user I would also like to see a syndicate war or a smooth takeover of the syndicates similar to what we witnessed in clonewars s5 when the Shadow Collective was first created

My vote for new antagonist would be

Mighella ( A night sister who worked for the Black Sun in legends continuity)

Sinya ( A twilek bodyguard for the Black Sun, she wielded a pair of guard shotos, also from legends continuity)

Silus ( A force sensitive drovian pit fighter Sidious sent Maul to kill. Legends continuity)

These are decently powerful opponents Maul has once faced in legends, maybe they could make their canon debut with a powerful syndicate behind them 🤔

There’s criminal syndicates that employ force users occasionally in the legends continuity, what’re the chances we see some of them an how would you feel about it

It’s safe to say we’ll be seeing Maul train Devon in season 2 but I also get the feeling that we’ll see him not only rebuild the Shadow Collective in more detail but also dissolve it into the “5 crime families. In the clonewars we see how he forms the Collective, starting with DeathWatch then getting the Black Sun and so on. I think we’ll see another few episodes similar to that but maybe in more detail, right now he has the Pykes, he’s about to get Crimson Dawn back so now the only 3 that remain are the Hutts, Black Sun and the Crymorah syndicate whom we know nothing about

The point I’m making with all this is, Maul will probably act as Sidious, with remaining in the shadows while allowing Devon to be his enforcer just as Talon was meant to be. Obviously he wants to get revenge on all those who betrayed him personally so I do think he will kill Ziton Moj, a few Hutts (which is why we only see Jabba in the OT) and whoever else. Crimson Dawn and the Crymorah Syndicate attack the empire direct on more than a few occasions. We could get a full blown out war between the 5 families and the empire

There’s 8 years between now and Solo and then another 7 years between Solo and Rebels so we have 15 years of story to witness🤙🏾

They/Them was able to land a hit and force push Barriss right after beating Lyn but then Barriss casually deflected the rest of their attacks
