I run a wedding photography studio and I'm looking for a freelance retoucher to work with us regularly. Looking for individuals only, not agencies or outsourcing teams.

What the work looks like:

We shoot weddings and hand over full sets for editing. That means colour correction and keeping the grade consistent across the whole album, natural looking skin retouching, cleaning up blemishes and stray hair, tidying backgrounds, and removing the occasional distraction in frame.

What we're after:

Someone solid in Photoshop and Lightroom who can match a reference style across an entire set without it drifting halfway through. Good communication and hitting deadlines matter just as much as the editing itself. Wedding or portrait experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker if the portfolio is strong.

I recently received an unconditional offer letter from Ulster University and I need to pay a £6,500 tuition deposit before they can issue my CAS.

The problem is that most education loan providers in India require the CAS or final admission confirmation before approving the loan. Without the loan, I can't pay the deposit, and without paying the deposit, I can't get the CAS. I'm stuck in this cycle.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Were you able to get the deposit amount through an education loan, personal loan, or any other financing option using just the unconditional offer letter?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience or any banks/NBFCs that were willing to process the loan before CAS was issued.
