24 M looking for a relationship
Szia!
I’m a new master’s student in Budapest, and I’m here hoping to meet someone for a serious relationship. I’m not really interested in casual dating or collecting matches — I’d rather meet one person I genuinely click with and see where things go.
I’m a pretty curious person. I’m really into science, technology, philosophy, and anything that gives me an excuse to learn something new. I can get very nerdy about things I find interesting, so if you enjoy randomly going down a Wikipedia rabbit hole or having a conversation that somehow starts with science and ends with philosophy, we’ll probably get along.
I’m also a big football fan, and I love hiking and camping. I enjoy getting out of the city, discovering new places, and occasionally doing something spontaneous. But I’m not always looking for an adventure — I’m equally happy staying in, cooking something, and binge-watching a good TV show. I’m definitely guilty of saying “one more episode” and then realizing it’s 2 a.m.
I’d describe myself as adventurous, understanding, caring, and someone who knows what he wants. I take care of myself and like being well-groomed, and I appreciate someone who does the same. I also really value humour and being able to laugh at ourselves. Life is too short to take everything seriously.
Since I’m new to Budapest, I’d love to have someone to explore the city with. Show me your favourite places, introduce me to foods I haven’t tried, take me somewhere I wouldn’t find on Google, and maybe teach me some Hungarian along the way. In return, I can cook you a pretty good shawarma — which I’m willing to defend as one of my strongest qualifications.
I’m a Christian, and my faith is an important part of my life, so I’d prefer to date someone who is also Christian and shares similar values. I think having that foundation in common is important if you’re looking for something long-term.
Ultimately, I’m looking for someone who can become my favourite person to spend time with — someone I can talk to about serious things and completely stupid things, explore Budapest with, cook for, watch terrible TV with, and occasionally have ridiculously deep conversations with.
If any of that sounds like you, say hi. We can start with a conversation and see where it goes.
