Potential diagnosis from chronic constipation

Seemingly out of the blue, I started dealing with chronic constipation that lead me to be hospitalized. I got a full blood panel from a GI doc, as he thought it was my thyroid. Turns out, I may possibly have celiac, and I am getting an endoscopy in a few months.

I always thought people with celiac dealt with diarrhea! And I’ve never had any issues with gluten my entire life. Unfortunately, I have to wait awhile for my endoscopy, but I’m going to attempt gluten free to see how I feel.

Those who found out they have celiac through constipation - what were your other symptoms? What does it feel like after you have gluten? I cried my entire way home from the doctor because I feel almost sort of devastated, because this could be a lifelong thing if I’m truly diagnosed. But I want to feel better. I want the abdominal pain to stop. I want the lethargic feeling to stop as well.

How do drink more water at work?

I work a fast paced fast food job. I try to get six refills of my 24oz water bottle in every day. I can usually get 3-4 in before my 5pm shift. How can I drink more at work?

What could this possibly be?

These coffee grounds looking droppings keep appearing in my silverware drawer. At first I thought it was spilled coffee grounds somehow, but they keep appearing. Now they’re UNDER my silverware holder, if I spilled coffee there’s no way they’d get under there.

Btw, I don’t have cockroaches. I have opened that drawer all hours of the night and I’ve never seen a cockroach or any type of bug. I do have a slight silverfish issue, but I haven’t seen any in awhile, and never in this drawer. I’m just confused

one of my Black coworkers made a comment about code switching

I’m a shift lead at a fast food job. One of my coworkers (who is still a regular team member) made a comment about how he feels like he has to code switch and “act white” around our GM/customers or else he’ll be fired. This comment didn’t sit well with me, and I feel like as his coworker I should do something about it so he doesn’t have to feel this way, but I’m not sure what to do. I don’t want to overstep and seem like a “white savior,” but I don’t want him to feel like he has to act a certain way to be respected and valued in the workplace.

I am never going to fully understand the Black experience and what it’s like to experience racism, and I am sure that a lot of Black people feel similar as he does. I am just not sure what course of action to take to make him feel more comfortable at work.

my friend makes me feel weird about not having my girlfriend’s phone passcode

as the title says, i don’t have my girlfriend’s phone password or feel the need to have it. i trust her, she’s never secretive with her phone, texts/scrolls right next to me, etc. it’s her phone, i’m not entitled to it, and there’s no reason for me to look at it anyways. we’ve been together a year and a half lol. my friend says it’s weird, suspicious, and “what if she’s cheating on you” and talks about how she goes on her boyfriend’s phone all the time. i don’t get it.
