So it’s my first time trying cruise compete and I’m looking at 2 options between a RCL cruise and NCL cruise and wanted to see how I ensure best deal without crossing lines or straight up rules

It mentions you can’t compare/share quotes so how can I ensure I’m getting the best deal? Most of these seem generic “here’s our price and OBC” without actually including drink package cost or gratuities like I specifically asked

Another thing, some are saying a stateroom category isn’t available when others say they are?

Lastly, pricing is basically all the same along with OBC. How can I actually get a better deal here or ensure I’m getting better service?
