Gunsmiths in Frederick/MOCO?
Hello,
I am looking for a Gunsmith in MoCo/Frederick. The thread cap on my Chiappa Shrouded Little Badger is insanely tight, and I need help loosening it. Tried to loosen it with some penetrating oil and a wrench but failed. This rifle is very small, and I am afraid that I might damage it.

Is there any outdoor gun ranges that is like not beyond 50 miles from Clarksburg/Germantown area? The nearest Public DNR range is at Green Ridge State Range but it is a near 2 hour drive without the traffic.
