every time we do a seated oblique crunch (?? might be forgetting the actual name, but when we we are leaning back and driving the car to one side) my legs hurt so much
i am 5’9 and in no position, feet all the way under the strap, butterfly, etc, am I ever comfortable. It hurts my outer thighs SO much i can barely do the exercise
any tips? is there something I’m doing wrong? I have tried putting my legs in every possible position and while I love the exercise and I feel it in my obliques, I can’t ever do it fully because I’m in so much pain.
